I'll never go to this place again. They said that they wouldn't serve me if I didn't use their electronic touch screen menu. No human contact allowed!

The food was delivered to me undercooked, I changed my chalupa because it was not fresh and was very hard, the cashier was rude and not very polite, I waited 20 minutes for my order, there were no customers in the restaurant only me, there were no cars waiting for orders, very bad customer service, they delivered my order late and poorly made, I received my order because I asked for it

Upon I entering I go to counter because the 2 kiosk are pre occupied by customers who are having a little difficulty using the device . The guy at counter who was knelt down stands up and says if I can use kiosk I said I would but it's occupied so I continue waiting on guest who are using kiosk. A girl from mountain mikes comes in and must be a friend of Taco Bell employee who is smiling as they talk he takes her order I said oh now your open. He then offers to take my order now that he opens for the young lady I decline . I think if your kiosk are occupied cashier need to be readily available to customers. They had a smirk on there face after discussing my issue .Maybe since it's the 2-5 day part they are not worried about it. The food was decent they needed to stir scoop and tap the beans they were a little cold cheese was not melted . Rest of food was ok just need to work on customer service at this location.

Horrible customer service.. would Never visit this location food was extremely unexceptionable All 3 times order was incomplete with missing items that I paid for online. And when I returned to restaurant worker told me they were out and interested of refunding my original payment method she advised me that she could only give me a regular size freeze or orange juice. Never had such a unprofessional experience at any other location. Please get those workers the appropriate training.

Where's the meat? I didn't order a meatless chalupa. My taco hardly had any meat either, but I let that go. I showed the manager or owners who happened to be having a meeting on the dining floor. They offered to make me another one, but I told them I wasn't here for a free handout. I just wanted to bring it to their attention because this was a mobile order and I ate there instead.

16 minutes to get a mobile order is ridiculous. There also seems to be an exceptional amount of food waste from inaccurate order fulfilment.

The service was nice and friendly but after I got home and took a bite of the tacos, boy oh boy, I was tasting a very stale taco shell. It tasted as if the shells had already expired. It's sad because I don't want to write a bad review because I generally have experienced good things at this TB but this time I got shocked and surprised that the shells were stale and probably expired. Please manager, check your expiration dates on the chips and taco shells and replace them because that's your core business.

I'm very very disappointed. I tried the new toasted taco. It was not a taco more like a mini burrito. Tacos are usually made with a hard shell corn tortilla not a soft regular tortilla. The TV commercial with Pete Davidson shows him holding up what appears to be a hard shell taco stuffed etc . One I received was so small and looked like a mini burrito.

I eat here pretty often. The food is definitely higher quality than the other 2 nearby Taco Bell places. The tables are usually decently clean, though I do occasionally need to wipe down the table before I eat. It's rare, though.They absolutely will not help you at the counter, just use the kiosk. If you're paying cash, good luck. Getting their attention is borderline impossible without trespassing into the kitchen area.They forget items in my order occasionally, or they get an item wrong. Typical human error. Overall, I'd say my ratings areQuality of food = 4.5Accuracy of order = 3Friendliness of staff = 2.5The bathrooms are almost always out of order, but so are almost all neighboring restaurant bathrooms as well.Total rating = 3.5, rounded up to 4
