Normally it's fine, I order very infrequently and today my order tasted really bad. I have never had a boba in my life that tasted like this I don't know if their machine is bad or what.

Love this chain. Their drink menu changes all the time, so if you don't see your drink on the menu anymore - just ask. They may be able to look it up name. Great service and tons of seating. Some outdoor seating available. If you don't order ahead, there may be a bit of wait depending on the time of day.

This is a nice bobba tea place. Staff was friendly and didn't mind explaining what goes into the various drinks. They also encouraged us to sign up for the frequent customer program and saved some money in the process.

Possibly the worst matcha I’ve ever had. My friend also said her drink was terrible. As a barista I know we have off days but… I literally had to throw my drink away. For the price, we expected better.

We really like this location. They have a lot of drink options and variations to choose from. They allow you to choose your sweetness level and ice level which I appreciate. This spot is bright and clean with lots of seating as you wait for your boba. They have a kiosk to order from but you can also order from the counter. So far everyone I have encountered working there is really nice, and work quickly in orders. I usually get 2 bobas, a milk based and a tea based option. I tend to order their Dirty Ube but I also enjoy the Black Sugar Assam, Matcha Royal and the Silky Mango. For the tea based drinks I tend to go for the Lychee on Lychee, Guava Sunset or Lady Bug. 0% sweetness and less or no ice. Every drink I have had I have enjoyed. Definitely a great boba spot! When we go to parties we usually bring a tea traveler :)

I like ordering ahead on my app, you get rewards and the app works for all teaspoon locations.

I am INLOVE with the atmosphere. Walking right in, the smell of sweet tapioca made me instantly love the place. They even had board games under the table. It'd be a great place to hangout with friends. The people serving seemed to have their own enthusiastic energy that was quite welcoming. I'd love to come again.

Went in to check out the new location and get boba for the little.Had to order at a kiosk which was hard due to the sun glare across the screen. The staff was very busy so answering questions about the kiosk was a no go.They were very busy while we were there, which was dinner time. Found out they were short staffed when I asked for a receipt.

if it is a test, the score for their tea is C-. The boba tastes great. Drinks with less ice do not have much flavor. It tastes like sweetened liquid cream. I ordered creamy jasmine, it has very little jasmine tea flavor and the grasshopper only has cucumber taste, no lychee flavor at all. i wish they can go strong on the syrup and tea base. Maybe i shouldn't order less ice which mess up the proportion.
