I am INLOVE with the atmosphere. Walking right in, the smell of sweet tapioca made me instantly love the place. They even had board games under the table. It'd be a great place to hangout with friends. The people serving seemed to have their own enthusiastic energy that was quite welcoming. I'd love to come again.

Went in to check out the new location and get boba for the little.Had to order at a kiosk which was hard due to the sun glare across the screen. The staff was very busy so answering questions about the kiosk was a no go.They were very busy while we were there, which was dinner time. Found out they were short staffed when I asked for a receipt.

if it is a test, the score for their tea is C-. The boba tastes great. Drinks with less ice do not have much flavor. It tastes like sweetened liquid cream. I ordered creamy jasmine, it has very little jasmine tea flavor and the grasshopper only has cucumber taste, no lychee flavor at all. i wish they can go strong on the syrup and tea base. Maybe i shouldn't order less ice which mess up the proportion.

We appreciated the convenience of the kiosk to the left, where we could easily place our orders or customize our drinks to our liking. The cleanliness of the establishment added to the overall positive vibe, creating a relaxed environment perfect for enjoying a refreshing beverage.As we waited for our drinks, we settled into the comfortable seating area and took in the laid-back ambiance. The addition of a large screen television in the back added to the enjoyment of our visit. When our drinks arrived, we were delighted with the quality and flavor. My coffee was expertly crafted, and the variety of drink options available made us eager to return and try more.Above all, the staff at Teaspoon was incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. My friend and I are here pretty much every week to work on our art since they have free wifi. We usually order 2-3 drinks and snacks. I have yet to have a drink made incorrectly or badly and the service is decently quick, though they can be pretty quite at calling out drinks so you have to pay attention. Girls up front are always super sweet.The only thing we consistently dislike is their thai tea. It has an odd flavor to it (both in initial flavor and after taste) that I have also experienced at lilikoi so maybe it is that they use the same tea brand. I have worked at boba shops before and definitely experienced and made better thai tea than that.The have a pretty large drink selection and some interesting ones (like an ube lemonade, still haven't tried but really curious).

My second time going to this place I waited an hour for my drinks. I ordered on the app which told me the pickup time was 5:25. I live in El Cerrito so I got there when the order was supposed to be ready. I was there from 5:25 to 6:15 waiting for 4 drinks. Of course boba ran out because they were busy. I saw everyone else getting their drinks before me while I was there sitting for about an hour since I had to wait another 20 minutes for the boba that ran out. Their drinks are good but not worth the hour wait I had.. Please prioritize the app orders not only the customers!!!!

Been here a quite of few times and my honest opinion is that it isn’t that good. I have been to other teaspoon locations that were better, unfortunately. The wait to get drinks does take a long time. I would recommend Sharetea (in hercules) over this teaspoon location. Both are close to me and my opinion may change later on but I am not impressed of this location.
