I love this place. We don’t have a lot of choices for good restaurants in the area, but this place is always so good. I love their yellow curry dishes. Never been disappointed at all. 🙂✌🏻

Up to Wednesday 11/05/25, I was a MEXICAN regular customer.
Due to Nawat Itsaragrisil’s comments towards the Mexican Miss Universe representative, I am personally done patronizing this and any Thai food establishment..
This is a desition that will be kept forever.

I was delightfully surprised to find this wonderful Thai restaurant in Pinole. The food was high quality, and the flavors were on point! The Pad Thai with shrimp and calamari was absolutely fabulous. The pumpkin red curry with shrimp my wife ordered was on point. This is a must do if you are in Pinole. I totally recommend you try it!

Service was quick and courteous, and the menu is impressively large with plenty of vegetarian options.
Highly recommend:
- The Yellow Curry (Gang Ga-ree Gai) with tofu – incredibly flavorful and satisfying!
- Fresh spring rolls served with a tasty peanut sauce on the side.
Just okay:
- The vegetarian Gang Jerd Woon-sen was beautifully presented and came in a generous portion, but the flavor felt a bit underwhelming. That said, it was still quite appetizing—I added some peanut sauce to enhance it.
Overall, a great little spot I’d definitely recommend!

I ordered fried rice to go and their portion is way too little for the price they charge. A few spoons full and then you’re done. Please don’t order to go from this place.

Absolutely great food, service and good atmosphere. From start to finish it was fantastic. I tried the duck & pineapple curry dish with some spice and didn't disappoint at all. A must try if you're in the neighborhood.

I came in with my family after flying in. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly- the crispy wings had a delightful crunch and an amazing sauce, the curries were rich, and my Pad See Ew was properly spicy- to the point that I had tears in my eyes, which is a mark of great Thai food!
The space was small and cozy, with smooth jazz playing over the speakers. It was a little loud, but that's a minor gripe.
Also, our server was amazing and accommodating of our requests. She also managed to run the space as it got more and more busy. I'll have to come back before I leave to take some home!

I’m a huge Thai food enthusiast and regularly try restaurants across the country. Thai Spice is hands down my favorite in terms of the taste and quality of the food. I’ve been coming for 15 years. Best fresh spring rolls and basil chicken. Everything on the menu is delicious. The service is not what it used to be but for the food, I can overlook it. Great place and to go for a casual meal with friends and family.

Thai Spice is a family-owned restaurant that provides superb flavor and a welcoming environment at a great value. Dine-in to maximize the freshness of your experience. We had a great experience and will be coming back with friends and family!
We arrived at opening time to eat in for dinner and were seated immediately. The servers were courteous, cheerful, and attentive with water refills. The decor is warm and classic, and the dining area is kept clean. Prices are very reasonable. For appetizers, the curry puffs had a thin crispy wrapping with a delicious moist filling. Tofu satay had a great crispy edges and was wonderfully seasoned. The peanut sauce is flavorful, but not oily or thick like some other places. Everything was clearly cooked to order and brought to the table immediately. The yellow curry was rich, full of flavor, and came with a very generous portion of chicken. The seafood was also cooked perfectly. Dishes here are marked by deep delicious flavor. Dinner portions are healthy and filling. Order some of their delicious appetizers while you wait for your entree. Perhaps my only nitpick was that the door was left open and the dining room got quite warm without A/C. Two apps, one curry, and a seafood entree with two orders of steamed rice totalled around sixty dollars.
Vegetarian options: Almost all menu items have vegetarian variations. Even some typically meat-based items have delicious vegetarian alternatives (e.g. Chicken satay and tofu satay).

Although Thai Spice is small, the decore shows enough attention to detail to help transport you somewhere more exotic.
And that care translates to the food. I had a Bangkok Chicken app (pictured) and the duck drunken noodle special. Both were delicious!
The thai iced tea and sticky rice with mango are highly recommended as well. Great meal Thai Spice, thanks!

I want to preface this by saying I’ve been coming here for YEARS. I usually get the crab fried rice which is realllly good. However, today I wanted to try something different. I ordered drunken duck noodles togo. I was told 30min it’s, but it ended up being more like an hour :(. On top of that, I paid $18 for this meal, and just….just look at the picture. Idk if they were just rushing or cutting back, but I’m sad my food had so little duck. So many noodles. I guess I’ll be taking a break from this place for a bit :/
