This guy has to be the worst waiter I’ve ever seen in my life, huge attitude. I’m afraid to say anything to him because he’s serving my food. I don’t think I’ll ever dine here again If he’s on the clock. I don’t know his name, but he has a bald head and and he’s heavy set Caucasian guy.

The place is great mixed crowded. I say thank you for removing the order of Grits from my tab. Speak of Grits, they had no flavor a bit watery to taste and bland. I wish I could have enjoyed them because when I saw them while planning my order I was savoring them from the look on you website. The veggie scramble was too hard bland no flavor. I dnt normally use hot sauce on my foods but I was hoping it would add some flavor only made them spicy to my tongue. The waffle was light crispy on the outside but dough on the inside. I did not ask for the grits to be removed from my tab but they were, again that you. I left a tip despite I did not enjoy my foods. This experience will not deter me from returning because your menu looks delicious. I look forward to dining at your restaurant soon.

Please emphasize customer service & kindness to your waitresses. It will make a huge difference. Was invited here by a friend but we left w/o ordering because what paying customer wants to be blown off by staff even before they are seated? Or, is that how you train your staff? Thank you.

Years have gone by since I've been there and I've just went there recently. I am changing my review. The first time I stopped going is because I got lousy service and not very good food. The food might taste better if we had better service
This was one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to. Our waitress had no manners, never introduced herself, sat us at a dirty table and when we brought it up just wiped it down with our food on the table, she rarely checked in despite us sitting there for nearly 2hr. The food was appalling to say the least. Their “mocha” was what I am pretty sure was a hot coco packet and “coffee”? I’m honestly not sure what it was. And when our waitress brought out tea for my grandparents she spilled it all along the way and when she placed it on the table it was nearly empty (and she brought the wrong tea). Their menu had multiple spelling mistakes one example being “Latee” and my personal favorite “Mocha Latee”. I will never be coming back.
This place is amazing. They really give you bottomless mimosas. The food and service were great. I'll be back soon.

We each ordered an entree, plus the Tina's nachos to share. That nacho plate was so big, and so good, we took most of our entrees home to enjoy the next day. Service was friendly and attentive. Nice comfortable space, and quiet for conversation. Will return.

I love everything about this establishment other than the fact that they aren't open on Mondays 😕. My self and my family have been eating here for over 10 plus years. The food service and energy is amazing...... They know my order by heart and I love it........ Their bottomless mimosas are to die for.......you have to go experience it for yourself they will make you feel like you're at home.
