I called with a specific order and was met with an order that I didn't want. The food lacked flavor and overall was a disappointment. I did receive a full refund after I returned the food.

I ordered 3 items for takeout. The beef chowfun noodles had a plastic flavor to them while the beef was bland. The hot and sour soup also had a strange flavor and a watery consistency. Lastly, General Tso Chicken was soggy, gristly, and lacked flavor.

Nothing tasted even remotely fresh, and it was way too expensive.

Rubbery meat sitting in a buffet tray. None of the food is made to order. It's made in bulk and sits out. I ordered a lunch special and 10$ wontons. They forgot my wontons

Unfortunately we ordered takeout from this location and the people were nice. They told me that they are slow and haven’t had business this summer. I can see why after trying their food. Once I got home, my family and I opened the food and the Mongolian beef did not taste or smell like Mongolian beef. It’s the wrong texture and it smelled off. Also, the orange chicken was not an orange chicken as it smelled spoiled or off. The sweet-and-sour sauce taste very different and it burns. Almost like it’s also spoiled. They also forgot to add the steamed rice that we had ordered. This is by far one of the worst Chinese foods I’ve had. The wontons are so dry and small. If there’s any constructive criticism that I would have, invest in high-quality products and make sure that nothing is Kitchen is old or spoiled. This can really cause someone to get sick or worse.
