Outstanding customer services. Fast food establishments usually have bad customer service, great job , let's go Wendy's.

I guess they were good for fast food. Everything was hot and the service was good. I don't choose fast food. I was just forced to buy my wife and kids. So I had to deal with it.lol.

Usually don’t have issues, but the last time I went to this location. The employee wouldn’t honor a coupon.
Ordered a family size chili, which I believe is a serving of 4. The portion is shockingly small as it appears to equal 2 and a half servings.
The customer service is disappointing as if they portray that they should make more from the already inflated per hour rate they receive.
Location is clean, but again it wasn’t busy at this location at the time. Unless it’s just drive thur and take out that’s busy.

The warm bread served before the meal was a delightful touch.
The cashier at the window thinks the customer are dirty.
Customer service was horrible. They refused to read the coupon and wanted to argue with me instead honoring the coupon.

This place needs a new roster change. All the employees here need to go back to school so they can understand how to take and receive orders properly. It's sad because it's most of the older adults here that need a tune up. Whether it be listening correctly or even handing out the right food!!

After getting our orders wrong in the drive through, we decided to order inside. Four workers, all just staring at us, didn’t even come over to take our orders. Someone had to clock back in from their lunch break to help us out. Then we had to wait 10 minutes and stand back at the register before they even started making our orders.

I went to their drive-through. It was busy. So I went inside. No other customers walked-in. There was no one at either of the cash registers. I waited paitently for almost 5-minutes. I finally asked the "manager" at the fry mahine for some help. He yelled at me and said, "You have to wait." I then said, "You or your team should at least acknowledge your customers." He pretended not to hear me, but finally a young lady came and took my order. Most of the people running this particular Wendy's are not nice people. They are rude and abrupt. I guess they don't understand that they have employment only because of customers.
This was not my only very poor customer service experience, at this particular Wendy's.
