This place needs a new roster change. All the employees here need to go back to school so they can understand how to take and receive orders properly. It's sad because it's most of the older adults here that need a tune up. Whether it be listening correctly or even handing out the right food!!

After getting our orders wrong in the drive through, we decided to order inside. Four workers, all just staring at us, didn’t even come over to take our orders. Someone had to clock back in from their lunch break to help us out. Then we had to wait 10 minutes and stand back at the register before they even started making our orders.

I went to their drive-through. It was busy. So I went inside. No other customers walked-in. There was no one at either of the cash registers. I waited paitently for almost 5-minutes. I finally asked the "manager" at the fry mahine for some help. He yelled at me and said, "You have to wait." I then said, "You or your team should at least acknowledge your customers." He pretended not to hear me, but finally a young lady came and took my order. Most of the people running this particular Wendy's are not nice people. They are rude and abrupt. I guess they don't understand that they have employment only because of customers.
This was not my only very poor customer service experience, at this particular Wendy's.

The service was horrible! I was rushed and I felt that I could’ve gotten more had they been more patient. They didn’t have Apple Pay as an option unless they lied when they said Apple Pay was only available inside. Wasn’t allowed to add anything at window and the way I was told this was in a rude manner.

We frequent here often. My little girl loves a Frosty! The staff are friendly. The dining area is clean. Bathroom for customers. We have experienced some errors on our orders, but typically they fix it quickly.
Parking: Parking wraps around the outer perimeter of the building. Never been and not been able to park.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking on the side of the building. To enter into the building, you have to go all the way to the side tone ter into the Wendy's side.

Wendy's in pinole they do not let you go through the front doors. You have to order through the drive throu there was no 5 dollor box burger box. $6 $7 terrible. Do not believe television advertisements. The burger I got was a waste of my time. I went to Wendy's. About 1 year ago they had good burgers. Now it's a joke. Don't waste your time or your money at Wendy's in Pinole California. And the burger was paper-thin.
