This people are probably owned by family. They are most racist family I have seen on my life. The woman probably she is the mom. Omg the experience I have here 2 times was horrible. Whole family almost attacked me coz of asking how long the drink will take. I called cops and reported them

Absolutely ridiculous my husband picked up dinner for the family and the kids meal was missing the burger and only had fries, my husbands order was completely wrong and so was mine. I tried to call to get it taken care of but there was no answer for hours. And this unfortunately has happened in the past as well. Do not waste your time or money with this Wendy's!!!!

I placed a mobile order that stated 'paid' and go to the store to pick up food. Upon arrival the manager said my order did not show on her computer. I showed her my mobile order statement on my cell. I also showed her I tried to cancel the order but it showed I can not cancel because it had been processed. The manager did not know how to do customer service properly. I ended up going to MacDonald's to get my food and called my bank to dispute the order. Wendy's should not hire this kind of manager not only because of lost customers, but also company will lose profit.
No one should ever order at this place after 10pm. Only idiots work the night shift. They constantly give orders to the wrong couriers.

0 out of 10 it gave me explosive diarrhea and I saw a bug on my patty. When I walked in Wendy scared the living shut out of me, it was NOT pleasant. When I went to the soda fountain to get my drink there was someone hogging the machine and when I finally got a turn all the soda was gone. The ambiance was horrible right when I got there it was raided with homeless people trying to get a Wendy's burger. It also smell like absolute shit and when I ordered my food the clerk had terrible BO and smelled like he shit himself. Don't go to Wendy's.
