I love yogurtland its the best yogurt ice cream i have tasted. I like to put mochi and gummy bears in my ice cream. The service is great they let you make your own yogurt ice cream.

A friend and I came on Wednesday evening to get some dessert after dinner. To our dismay, almost half of the machines were backed out of the correct spot therefore unable to use. The flavor my friend wanted, mango tart, was not working; no froyo came when she pulled the lever down. She asked for assistance & the 2 girls working were not helpful at all. Their response was "pull the lever down" & "the one in the middle is mixed flavor." Obviously we pulled the lever down before asking for help.. that's why we are asking for help. We responded with "We know we have to pull the lever down, but it's still not working..." None of the workers ever responded, they just ignored us. The floor inside was also filthy with garbage & crumbs all over the place. Horrible service, such a disappointment. I wanted to go back and take pictures to attach to my review, but 2 other customers were inside & I did not want them to be uncomfortable with me taking a picture.

This place is overpriced for what you get which includes half the machines not operating and 20% of the ones that are spill out a watery mess. The floors are sticky and dirty and makes me wonder what's going on the kitchen side. Maybe it was just like that on the day I went but I doubt it. Come on owners, if you're going to charge ten bucks for less than half of your small size yogurt at least keep the place clean. The place across the street is small but it's clean.

Im hoping this isn't a sign to come but things have changed there. I take my kids here about once a month but we're going to have to try another place next time. No one at the register. Dirty. They didn't have the variety of toppings like they usually do. Toppings were stale. Best of all it smelled like cigarette smoke. Like someone was smoking in the back. Barf

Great frozen yogurt/topping - clean and kind. My big praise is that I left my wallet with all of my IDs, Credit Cards and Cash on the counter and honest patrons/employees kept it safe and located me to let me know! This was Sunday evening around 6 pm and I didn't catch their names but thank you so much for finding me and letting me know!

Walked in at 6pm on a wednesday and no one was behind the counter, then they came out and accused me for entering the gated space (I had just walked in and stalled at the entrance bc i wasn't sure they were open as no one was visible). Left because I didn't want the lady's rude service, she told me to "never come back" when i did nothing wrong. The cashier sucks at being at the front and will accuse customers for something she can prevent by being in the front and noticing store activities. Grateful that trader joe's is nearby lol.

Pretty disappointing. The last couple of times that I've stopped by w/ my family, we have found this location Extremely dirty and disorganized. Most of the machines had no more yogurt or there was melted yogurt on the floor that looks like it had been there for hours. Only large cups available and the toppings were on the floor and mixed. Staff was short and rude. This location clearly needs extra attention.

Super unprofessional. We show up 20 mins after they opened and half of the toppings werent even ready yet. She demanded we sit down and wait and in the meantime our frozen yogurt was already melting. Super annoying.
