We enjoyed three wonderful days at the Clay Station Campground. We were in spot 14 which fit our 30 ft trailer and truck perfectly.
We had full hookups but were cautioned about not using multiple items at once, they are still working on supplying more electricity.
This campground is a perfect home base as you explore the sierras.
They have a wonderful restaurant that has breakfast and lunch items which we enjoyed daily.

Excellent food and friendly service. They were very accepting of me and my little dog. I had just missed the breakfast (ends at 11am) so I had a burger with fried egg 😋 … very good!

Still, both sides of the highway have plenty of bright lighted parking space, far away from the road, so that one may rest awhile during late night travels.
