Love this place! Owners are amazing people and food is awesome. I’ve tried a variety of things on the menu and love it all. The outdoor seating is spectacular especially with the live entertainment. Highly recommend!

I met a friend for lunch. Neither of us had been to Gibson's before. Very confusing about which menu to order from. They quit taking breakfast orders at 1pm, but they're only open until 2pm??? Our server clearly didn't know what she was doing. We got paper cups of water, only to be served ice water in a Mason jar with ice by someone else moments later. There was a 'sandwich-style' sign outside of the front door, advertising live music - of which there was none, and it was obvious they had not had live music. For simplicity sake we both ordered the chicken (salad) sandwich which was tasty, but ordinary. We also ordered Mimosas - which were bitter and unpleasant. I know a lot about Steampunk, and love it, but didn't notice a single thing inside or out that would pass for Steampunk decor. I will not be going back.

I work at Amador Hotel, about 6 miles down from Gibson's. Our guests ask me all the time where they can go for breakfast because there isn't much up here in Pioneer. I always tell people that I hear a lot of good things about Gibson's Roadhouse Cafe! One of my guests called me back and told me thank you for the recommendation because it was VERY good and the service was great. I haven't ever eaten here yet, but since he called me and told me that I thought wow I really need to go eat there now haha! So my Fiance and I and our kids went and breakfast. I must say, I am SO glad I have been telling people to go here! Because the food is amazing and the service is great, and the atmosphere is so nice, they have a beautiful garden, relaxing outdoor patio and cooking/bar station I'm assuming is for when they have live music. They have had some kids toys and a big size jenga. Anyways their food is amazing and we loved the place! Definitely will be returning!! If your staying in the area, go here!

I have stopped in and ate at Gibsons Roadhouse quite a few times and the food is always great as well as the service, very friendly atmosphere.
Went there with some friends all on motorcycles. When we walked in we were all taken back and in awe as to how cool and nice it was. Love the steampunk theme. The food was awesome and the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. We all decided to make this a regular stop in our travels. Thank you Gibson's Roadhouse Cafe staff for your hospitality and warm welcome. See ya soon.

We be love this place. The Gibson’s are some of the nicest, welcoming folks you’ll ever meet. They treat us like family. They are a family run business. Occasionally they have evening events with a live band and dinner where you can enjoy food music and food in the beautiful and tranquil atmosphere of the mountains.
