Wonderful experience. Best fish & chips so far on the West Coast. Wife had the Halibut and loved it. Crab cakes were Devine as well as the clam chowder. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Two words - very delicious! We had the opportunity to taste their Italian snapper, the cocktail shrimps and the fried calamari... Well, everything was very flavorful, delicious and fresh. From an European point of view - portions are big, but u cannot stop eating. The staff is friendly and they deliver fast. We truly enjoyed it, what a wonderful night ❤️

I stopped by on my way to Los Angeles. Full even on weekdays around 7pm. He told me to wait for about 10 minutes.
I ordered 6 dishes including seafood pasta, tacos, and sirloin steak. None of the dishes were overly seasoned, making them delicious and suitable for Japanese people. In particular, the seafood pasta was the most delicious, as the tomato sauce and seafood flavor matched well.
The staff members were all kind and visited me many times and said hello to me.
I wanted the hoodie that the store clerk was wearing, so I asked her on the way home, and she told me that the store doesn't have it in stock at the moment, so I can have it ready tomorrow. Let me know and I'll email you when it's ready. This was the first time I had received such kind treatment since coming to America. It was a very satisfying dinner until the end.
It was a great shop with good cost performance, good taste, and a great atmosphere.
Parking: There is only about 10 parking spaces. If the car was full, we parked it on the street.
Kid-friendliness: Children's menu available

The food was top tier. Honestly some of the best clam chowder I have ever had. Their seafood pasta was also very good. The fish was fresh and the atmosphere was very nice. I also want to point out that it was kinda sus that they didn’t want us to sit inside because they said they had “reservations” and then they had to ask their manager permission to seat us outside. Just kinda weird first interaction, but still they were able to accommodate us just fine.

My husband & I look forward to eating at Ada’s when in Pismo. The employees are all top notch, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is unbeatable. They have a very nice patio that is perfect when we take our dog. Currently, it is under construction. We highly recommend the fish & chips, chowder, spinach/quinoa salad, crab & shrimp louie, seafood pasta. Honestly, every meal we’ve ordered has been delicious! It’s refreshing to get great service and great food consistently!

Since we got there the service was great. We were seated promptly and served warm sourdough rolls with butter.
Started with a cup of clam chowder that was nothing but great: thick, flavorful and not full of potatoes as many in other places.
I had the halibut with veggies (sauteed to perfection with red peppers) and sweet potatoes fries. The combination was excellent. The halibut was succulent: moist and flavorful and the sauce was exquisite. All with so much flavor playing in your mouth that seems like a parade of many different dishes.
I will for sure go back to try other dishes.

We received a glowing recommendation from the Visitor's Center staff to try Ada's Fish House for its award-winning clam chowder. Despite having just enjoyed clam chowder at Splash Cafe, we were eager to compare as we are clam chowder lovers. Ada's exceeded expectations. The exceptional service was top-notch - friendly, attentive, and professional staff made a lasting impression.
The take-out experience was remarkably well-executed: accompanied by freshly baked sourdough bread, impeccable packaging (among the best I've encountered in my extensive dining experiences), and perfectly cooked clam chowder. To top it off, convenient free street parking is available nearby.
Ada's Fish House has secured a spot on our must-visit list for future Pismo Beach trips. We can't wait to return!
Parking: Forget the $5/hr parking before 6 PM by the beach. You can park along the streets around here for free!

Food and service is awesome. But I wished the interior was kept in a better condition ( scuffed walls and cheap chair). Just feels somewhat disrespectful to their costumers.

Recently stopped in and had the best fish and chips I think I've ever had. I would definitely come back.
However, I was highly disappointed by the lack of a clam roll or fried clams of any kind because I thought Pismo was the clam capital, and that Ada's was supposed to be one of the best restaurants there. Also, google steered me there when I asked for 'best clam roll Pismo beach'.
The best clam chowder we’ve ever had, great service, super friendly staffs, and the cocktails are to die for!!!

This is my fifth time to the restaurant, it's always a fantastic experience. I love their chioppino and this time we ordered the fish and it was also fabulous. The bread here is served warm and it's perfect
