The owner makes small handcrafted batches that are one of a kind. This is a must visit one of a kind experience.

Both beers we drank were solid offerings. Would like to of had another beer but we ate to much at lunch.

So me and my lady moved to town a few months back, we decided to hit up a different spot than normal, so we checked out this spot because of all the good reviews. Matt took great care of us, had some great conversations and going there literally made up for the rough day I was having.
So all I can say is if you are there and have Matt you will have a good time!

Awesome atmosphere, beer, food and service.

A casual spot for elevated beer and more authentic German beer hall fare. Welcoming owner and staff. Excellent fermented items (kraut, fennel, pickles, etc.) enhanced because made with fresh California produce, and high quality in-house brews - both standbys like cream ale and IPAs and more exotic but not gimmicky efforts. Pictured is the Protein Plate, plus sides of kale and potato salad. The head brewer is formerly of Russian River Brewing, which is legit. The best quality and value we found over 5 days in Pismo.

We found this little gem through our Uber driver Tom. He said if you want a good IPA and a very welcoming atmosphere that we needed to check out the Kulturehaus. It proved to be that and more. Between the welcome from Matt behind the bar to the owner Jen, my wife and I immediately found one of our favorite places on the central coast. From conversations of beer to food to music it was like we had known them for years instead of minutes. The small but quaint building gives you a sense of home. Kulturhaus is an amazing local brewing company that serves amazing food, great beer and immaculate vibes. The italian sausage is one of the best I've had in my life, the beer is outstanding and their prices are super reasonable. If you're looking to have a cozy and fulfilling meal with a cold beer and warm reception, look no further!

Their kitchen can be slightly slow but it's worth the wait in delicious options!
