We have ordered delivery from here quite a few times. It always took about two hours to be delivered and was cold when it got to us, but the pizza was good. Tonight I decided to order carry out so we could see what it tasted like hot, and it was great. It took eating 2 pieces to realize that there was either shredded plastic/ rubber band on the pizza. As if someone had shredded a block of cheese with the plastic on. Very well could be a rubber band from somebody's piggy tails. That's still up for debate. I still have the rest of the pizza to dig through after I get back from getting something different for dinner for my family.

Follow up I appreciate Mountain Mike’s reaching out by both email and phone to resolve this situation. It was explained to me that what we encountered was pepperoni casing, which is edible and completely safe to eat.
As a regular customer in our area, I was initially taken aback, especially since this was part of our usual family order pizza, wings, and breadsticks. At the time, not knowing what it was, I was uncomfortable serving it to my children and ended up throwing the pizza away.
That said, I truly appreciate Mountain Mike’s follow-up and commitment to customer care. They provided excellent customer service, and we continue to make Mountain Mike’s our monthly family dinner stop. Thank you for always standing behind your customers.
Sad to say, but my daughter and I found a clear rubber band in her slice of pizza. We were already back on the road passing through town when she noticed it, otherwise we would have returned to let the manager know. I did reach out to customer service online and attached pictures, but no one ever followed up with me. It’s unfortunate, as this is a serious food safety issue. I hope this is addressed so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

the new mountain mike in Vancouver, wa. I do NOT recommend. customer service is horrible. while in line employee helped a customer that wasn't in line then told me that I needed to wait for another employee to help me. I left waste of my time.

The mountain mikes app offers you deals but not update their system on the restaurants for all restaurants to give you the deals,luckily this restaurant honor it and went above and beyond to help us out ! A big shout out tho the team that is there , thank you
We ate here for the first time. We ordered to-go pizza (lunch - 3 pieces special) and were pleasantly surprised! The pizza was delicious! It was delicious the next day too! We'll definitely come back.
As for the service, it was average. I mean what can you expect from a bunch of young people.
But overall, we were very happy!

2 stars just because the price is crazy. Large 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 combo with 4 small fountain drinks 58 dollars. Also the games inside for kids are 1.50-2.50 per play.
