I stopped by to pick up a fall special pumpkin spice frosting and it was delicious! It's easy to pop in as they hav a small parking lot for easy parking.

It was so shockingly delicious that even a year later, I still think about it sometimes. I wonder if I should go to Pismo again just because of this one. Even when I ate it a day later, the unique, slightly salty yet moist texture was the best. Just keep in mind that it's crazy sweet.

Old-fashioned cinnamon rolls that blow Cinnabon out the park. Super cheap and the line moves really fast. A Pismo favorite.

This was an excellent stop for a quick coffee and the highly craved fresh, warm cinnamon roll! We had the traditional cream cheese frosting, and both were amazing! That cream cheese frosting, though…..

There are a few tables and chairs where you can dig into your rolls right away!

4 of 5 for taste and quality of rolls only because they gave us what seemed like a day old rolls. It's old place and ambiance it not so inviting. The owner should invest in remodeling or at least keeping up cleaning and maintaining the place in my opinion but it is cash cow so they unlikely will spend money. It's a bit of hype.

Love that they have frozen rolls you bake in the pan at home. It's cool to bring some of vacation home with you. ?

Parking: Like 6 spaces in their lot, another 3-4 free to park on the front street. Easy to find.

Best desert place in town! Hands down. Gooey goodness you don’t wanna miss. I got the classic cream cheese on top but don’t forget to ask to warm it up first. They have savory flavors too. The line has to go from the left, not the right side! Locals will sit down and have a bite, you can get your seats soon. Place has a rustic vibe!
I would def come back to try the bacon and cream next time!
