Great open-air venue, patio pet-friendly seating, and cheerful bartender. It's just the beer--we tried a flight of all six and it was watery and bland. So disapointing. Maybe try the pretzels?

Disappointed that their menu posted right outside their establishment, as well as on their website, were not the same prices we were charged. I appears every item on their menu has increased $1. I didn't argue (as I assumed they may have been in the process of changing menu prices). However, a week later, I still see the wrong prices on the online menu (not sure if they changed the one outside their establishment). Depending on when you read this review, you'll know the menu prices are correct (as of Nov 24), if a hot dog costs you $12 and pint of beer $9.25. Otherwise, food and service was okay, but certainly not justified by the prices.

I was in Pismo on business and needed a beer!
Walking down the street I found Pismo brewing.
What fun. I met the beer tender “Gabe”. He helped with selection of brews. My favorite was the Red Eye pale ale aged in a Jack Daniel’s bourbon barrel.
Gabe is a delight! I will tell my friends and definitely stop by next time. Thanks Gabe!!!!🫡

When ever we are in Pismo Beach we stop at Pismo Brewing. In walking distance from many of the hotels on the beach. They have great beers and our bartender Gabriel was went above and beyond. We recommend them highly.

This was rough, we got the flight and all the beers were oxidized or I’m guessing old. We left after taking a sip of each of the 6 beers, to the tune of $22. I’m trying to find a redeeming thing to say but unfortunately I’m at a loss. The lady who was working was nice, that’s about it. Just a shame.

If you love microwaved 7/11 food with a bartender who can’t pour beer you should definitely come here.

This particular review was challenging to assess. The establishment had a charming ambiance and the service was pleasant. We had high hopes and even expressed our excitement before placing our order. However, upon receiving our beers, we were extremely disappointed. The quality of the beers was subpar and the pretzel tasted like it had been reheated. Initially, I assumed that the brewery was new and still working out the kinks in their brewing process. Surprisingly, the establishment had been around since 2010 and had not yet perfected their beer offerings.

We were hoping to like it, but unfortunately the taps were flat and the beers were underwhelming
