Great food, we celebrated a birthday and had good service. Wish we could have come at sunset appears to have great view. Nice outside deck. Would definitely return.

Oh wow I can't believe of all the times a have stayed at this hotel sea venture, I would never stop by this restaurant and not knowing what great food they offered from appetizers , drinks and food would be this delicious, a 10 out 10. The service was so great, I couldn't get his name of the waiter who served us. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, he came by with a small dessert of a caramel brûlée . I would gladly return to this place someday, thank you

Presentation of the meal I had was a little haphazard. The meat was coving the additional potatoes and veggie. Meat had a lot of fat on it that (for presentation purposes), should have been removed. Otherwise, all was good.

Great setting and ambiance. Good selection of seafood and meats. Great selection of cocktails as well.

Baileyanna Winemaker Dinner: This was the First time we have been to a Winemaker Dinner at the Sea Venture. It was excellent, the Food, the Wine, the Abidance and the other patrons at our table.

Sea venture is consistently awesome, our go to place for a casual dinner or a special occasion. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming. Food and drinks tasty and well prepared. servers are friendly and efficient.

We were disappointed to be seated in overflow out of the main dining room even with an Open Table reservation. That meant that an overworked server was unable to be present as needed. The rib eye was prepared properly but the Halibut was tasteless. We left feeling we had made a poor choice for our anniversary dinner. We won't return.

We frequently enjoy this restaurant. They have a great staff and the views are awesome. We went for Sunday brunch and were a bit disappointed this time. The Clam Chowder was not good at all. In fact it was probably the worst we ever had there. Too thick and no clams in it. The ham steak was very dry and potatoes were old and no seasoning on them. They were also cold. The eggs Benedict were just okay. Chile Verde omelette was good. Over all it wasn't a good brunch unfortunately. Drinks are always good although. Hope they learn from this and do better next time.

The Sea Venture is a great to have a special meal with great views. We have a wonderful halibut and a great filet mignon. The filet was underdone when first served, but the wait staff quickly took it away without complaint and it was back in a few minutes at the proper temperature. Otherwise the drinks and food were exemplary, and we will return.

The staff is really nice and the food is really good. They know how to make tummy happy. Good tasting and quality ingredients with decent proportions. We love it for Bruch on weekends. And also need to mention the open beach view gives them 6 stars

FIRST PRINCIPLES

We're staying in Pismo Beach on a trip north, and Seaventure restaurant was highly recommended by our hotel.
Suffice it to say, it was a perfect choice. We had the Coconut shrimp tacos, seafood medley and the king sized everything baked potato. The food was terrific, the service was spot on perfect (thank you Chris and company!!), and the atmosphere relaxing and casual. Would 100% come back and readily recommend this place.
I rarely write a review, but this deserves one.

My original plan was to go to Harrys down the road for drinks and the game. Front desk told they were doing Happy Hour, so I said why not lets go check it out.

We go to sit anywhere in the restaurant and were greeted right away from what looked to be the manager. The plan was just for drinks and the view and watch the game.

We still ended up having food before going back to our room for some hot tub action. All in all it was great views and some great clam chowder to accompany the wine and drinks.

It was a pleasant surprise to our anniversary.

Sea Venture is such a gem. It's off the beaten path which keeps it at a much more mellow vibe than other restaurants in the area. The food and the view were fantastic and we had a great meal. Our server was also great, she was super attentive to us.

This was very disappointing, a great view but beyond that this is a hard pass...you can get the same view from the boardwalk right next door.... The best thing I can say is our waiiter was friendly.
