The place was crowded. Had to wait several minutes to place an order for plain black coffee and a hot chocolate to go. After a couple of attempts they were not able to print a receipt for me. They did not give us the cup to fill our coffee until 20+ minutes after ordering when we finally received the hot chocolate. The coffee and hot chocolate were both very good. The top for the hot coffee to go did not fit the cup properly causing the cup to leak, and yes we know how to...

Only reason it got low stars was the 15 min wait to take my order, food was taking another 20-25 min to get out. Out of sugar and half n half. Place was absolutely packed on a Saturday. Just too popular with too few employees and overloaded kitchen.
