Only reason it got low stars was the 15 min wait to take my order, food was taking another 20-25 min to get out. Out of sugar and half n half. Place was absolutely packed on a Saturday. Just too popular with too few employees and overloaded kitchen.

Clean! Organized. Moderately priced. Burrito was done perfectly and the dark roast coffee was most excellent. Got there early and was found it to be a quite relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

The breakfast sandwiches are SOO bomb. Tip: ask for it in a croissant and you will get one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the area! Also, the Chunky Monkey smoothie... I crave it all the time. I never thought of this combination before but it's sooooo rich! Anyhow, just come try it!
