The Boardroom Beer Pub

My husband and I love a good dive with good food and atmosphere. This place played a great variety of 90s music. They have darts and they were playing the C games while we were there. The best part, for us, was that they are dog friendly and have gluten free flat breads. The owner of the bar was there, and made time to serve us, and pet our dogs. We really appreciated the hospitality and we will be back if we find ourselves in Pismo again.

Always my go-to spot to have a beer or two every time I'm in Pismo.

Great place to play darts, eat delicious flatbread pizza and drink a glass of wine...or beer.

Nice bar and grill right near the pier in Pismo beach. The food menu was diverse, with delicious options from light appetizers to full dinners. The beer menu was just as diverse with much more than the standard bitter IPA options you find everywhere else. I had a real Belgium beer on tap. The staff are welcoming, fun, and create a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Good pub food; sandwiches, burgers, pizza. Always an excellent selection of beer available - draft, bottles, and cans. Good selection of wine. No hard alcohol. They have a couple of dart boards and a few large screen TVs. Cozy and clean, filled with friendly patrons. Staff and owner are friendly and attentive. I've enjoyed visiting here for many years, and even though I haven't lived locally in almost 4 years, I still pop in when I visit the central coast.

Tuesday is taco day. We actually wanted to eat pizza. But the tacos were very tasty and not so fattening or greasy. Actually, it was exactly right.
Great different types of beer. Nice young man at the counter. Nice conversations.

Super awesome place to get some drinks, relax and have a good time. Ended up talking to the owner of the place who is a truly a down to earth guy. Everyone was friendly .. lots of great conversations. Highly recommended. Oh, they also had St. Bernardus on tap!!! YES!!

This bar is great! The owner is down-to-earth, super friendly and hospitable (as is the rest of the staff). They have some high quality beers on tap. We were very excited to find one of our favorite Belgian beers on tap which is very rare. The patrons were also very friendly and we met both locals and visitors while there. I recommend checking out The Boardroom!

Horrible food. Now I know what is meant by “rubber chicken” as it was inedible on top of our salad. We watched the gloveless cook put a dirty towel on top of the sandwiches to hold bun in place while he cut the sandwiches in half.
Too many good places nearby.
