Drinks are delicious and staff is friendly but it gets extremely hot and stuffy in the sitting area. There’s a fan in the corner but it doesn’t reach unless you’re right next to it. Can’t imagine how hot it gets for the workers. Good place to grab a drink and go but if you wanna sit down a study goodluck with overheating!

Come here often, the drinks are always great! My only concern is the bathrooms can be a little dirty and I’m never able to order from the app. But the staff is always friendly and helpful!

It's 2025 and not one sugar-free option.

Coffee is always great. My only gripe is that the 3 employees working on a Saturday morning kept the doors looked until 6:25. I watched a few customers confused when they couldn’t get in including myself. They were letting people in on an individual basis.

You close at 9pm. We came in before 8pm. Ovens are already shut down so our pastries couldn’t be warmed, i asked for a butter croissant then told after i paid there is none but offered me an almond croissant and gave me a chocolate croissant
We ordered two hot chocolates, both lukewarm not even hot at all
We are from out of the area 4 hours away only wanting a hot beverage because it was so cold outside. Kids who work here are giggling and not paying attention to our order. If you’re open until 9pm maybe offer a little more until 8 or 8:15pm at least, we come to this area often and will never come here again
Wasted my money

Very nice experience here! My friend and I came in not knowing what to get, and Marco and Eliza helped us pick what drinks to get. They ended up being amazing! Can't wait to come back again

Yesterday morning I went in to get my coffee before work and I found long brownish red hair in my coffee and I know it’s the girl with the eyebrow piercing cause she made my drink this is like the second time that’s happened so not worth it don’t even bother going there don’t know why I gave it a second chance 👎🙁

Just ordered a to go cafe Carmel coffee and when my fiance took a drink it was pure black drip coffee with Carmel at the bottom. When I took it back for a remake the two girls upfront asked me what I wanted because the order was correct. I told them I've never seen the coffee look like that and I'm sure it had milk in it. I was told "oh so you want a LATTE. I'll make a Carmel latte then. The cafe Carmel is just drip coffee and Carmel. Once I got the correct order, I showed here the cafe Carmel online with the breakdown of the ingredients which included light coffee, milk, Carmel, vanilla powder and so on. The only the she said was okay and rolled her eyes.

The service has gone downhill. Even when I order on the app, (when it's not down), I still have to wait a long time for the order to be ready.Today two of my drinks were wrong. I waited for one to be fixed but they still gave me the wrong one so i just left. Other customers were in the same situation as us.
