The food is good. The first time I dined here I loved it. It was an overall amazing experience. This time, the service was terrible. Despite having reservations we had very poor service. We were thirsty and ready to order for a long time before we could get anyone to come to our table and service was subpar.

The restaurant was busier than usual, so we had to wait 20 minutes before being served. The clam chowder has changed since a year ago; it was still tasty, but not as tasty as it used to be. The shrimp cocktail and margaritas were excellent. I had the fish and chips, which were greasy as if the oil was not hot enough. All in all, it was a very good meal. Lauren A, my server, was not very attentive.

Neal was our server, excellent, very attentive. We were celebrating 2 Birthdays, and the girls got ice cream. A friend and I shared the street taco's, I loved the mild sauce. We also had chips (OK) and guacamole. Everyone enjoyed themselves, there were 6 of us.

My wife and I came to Ventana Grill for a date night, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We both ordered the filet mignon and shrimp chef special—WOW. The steak was cooked to perfection, the shrimp were flavorful and fresh, and the presentation was top-notch.
The atmosphere is just what you’d want for a romantic evening—relaxing, upscale, and cozy. The ocean views are absolutely stunning and added so much to the overall vibe.
A special shoutout to our server, Dan—he was friendly, attentive, and made sure our evening went off without a hitch.
Highly recommend Ventana Grill for anyone looking to enjoy an incredible meal in a beautiful setting. We’ll definitely be back!

Their complimentary appetizer is freshly baked warm corn tortillas served with four different kinds of sauces — a delightful surprise compared to the typical tortilla chips you get at most Mexican restaurants.
The clam chowder is an absolute must-try. It’s the best I’ve ever had — rich in both seafood flavor and creaminess. Every spoonful is packed with a variety of seafood, not just clams but also squid and others. The only slight downside was that the soup wasn’t hot enough when served, but other than that, it was nearly flawless. (4.8/5)
The fish and chips, on the other hand, are skippable. The fried fish was quite standard and not particularly special. (3/5)
Their pasta was amazing. The sauce and penne were already excellent on their own, but the seafood on top was definitely not an afterthought. Both the shrimp and fish were plentiful and perfectly cooked — tender and flavorful without being overdone. (5/5)
Another great touch was the water they served. Instead of the usual lemon slices, they use cucumber slices, which made it taste refreshingly clean. Unlike some restaurants where the water can be slimy or have a weird taste, theirs was genuinely enjoyable. The view over there is also astonishing!
