Customer service sucks. My mom had to wait in line for 30 min to get a sandwich, the hot and behind the counters were very slow and no customer service. The girls at the ice cream section were a bit nicer.
Regardless of the location, baskin robbins should have people who can really give a good customer service. I don’t think I will come back. Allen on the other hand enjoyed the ice cream and wanted to give baskin robbins 5 stars for good ice cream.
