Ordered a banana royal. I was asked what toppings. I said everything except the cherry. I didn't know caramel came on the sundae. I've ordered this for years and only got hot fudge, whipped cream and nuts. I told her I didn't want caramel, she scraped some off in the garbage and told me there wasn't much on there. I told her I didn't want caramel but she proceeded to continue with my order. I agreed then quickly changed my mind and said forget it. Just throw it away. She didn't offer to make another.. So annoyed. She gave my kids their ice cream without spoons..then my daughter told me she told her co worker this crazy lady didn't want this ice cream. I told her many times I didn't want caramel.. If she wasn't offering to make another, I don't want anything from her or her skimping when she makes the second one. Why would I pay for something I don't like.

Eddie shouldn’t be in your store his customer service is below 0,he’s rude and not able to listen. My door dash order iwas soup when we got the order hot fudge should have been served on the side. Which what was being explained to Eddie. Yet his corporate ownership attitude straight from the street is tone was ugly.. Only 9 minutes from your location, my mom’s ,ice cream was just like being in the store. I won’t be ordering from your location again. Also Eddie strangled to give me the manager or for district mangers phone number. The seems to have something going on with himself by the way he acts.

My wife & I were on railroad visiting some friends and we were in the mood for some ice cream!! We decided to check out our baskin robbins and lo and behold Big Man (the gentleman who also works there with Togo as well) was there!! Once again he proved to us with utmost haste that Big Man is here to guarantee top notch service as well as helping us indulge in one of our guilty pleasures! I highly recommend Big Man for the baskin robbins side of business. Big Man is similar to a ballerina with the way he gracefully bounced from serving a togo's customer then to us with a happy and upbeat greeting. 5/5! Again, my wife & I recommend Big Man for great service!!!

No one was working the Baskin Robbins counter. This location has a Togos sandwich shop as well. I asked for a sample and the lady said they don’t do that. I was okay with that if they let me buy it and return it if I didn’t like the ice cream, but they said no. Not good.

Shares facilities with a Togo's. Employees effort and focus is evidently Togo's. Went in 2:30 for an ice cream cake, the freezers were empty and locked. Togo's counter bright and busy, Baskin Robbins ice cream variety and offering were very limited.
