They put the donuts in when the frosting isnt dry yet ,and they press the donuts up against each other ,if the frosting isnt set yet they need to put the donuts flat in the box instead of on their side pressed up against each other ....otherwise by the time u get home ,u have a mess when u go to seperate all the donuts from each other
