They accommodated my same day order, when no other bakery would. It was my boyfriend's Birthday and I am feeling under the weather, so, i couldn't make him a cake. I called 4 local bakeries I knew of and none of them would make a small cake for me. I didn't even know Bonami existed until I did a google search. I called and asked if they would make a red velvet cake for me. The owner Miguel, agreed to make it for me. I was so happy!!! I was able to have a Birthday

I am in love with Bonami Bakery's sourdough bread! The owner told me it is made from a fermented sourdough starter that has been in their family for 4 decades!! If you know anything about 'healthy breads', you know the fermented process is the easiest to digest and much more nutritious and better for your body than store bought.
