Well managed store! Even though some employees can't seems to be able to smile to customers. This is more like a widespread issues in customer service industry! Especially in fast food or quick serve restaurants.

Be aware that when ordering a medium drink you will get a small. They sized all the drinks down to to smaller oz and claimed that the 12oz size was the medium. Even though you may pay for a large meal you will get a medium drink and paying for a medium you get a small drink .Food is good but don't like the feeling of not getting what I paid for.
No flavor on this breakfast burger ?meat so dry like heat up on microwave fries 2" left overs ?Sorry last time going to Carl's Jr.I tryto support fast food restaurants but no like this .

Service was fine. I had the # 16. Double cheeseburger was really good. Chicken sandwich was very spicy this time around. Fries were over cooked and hard. My teeth hurt after. Chocolate chip cookies was good. My soda tasted funny. I had diet lemonade. Tasted sort of like windex. Must of been the diet sugar in it. I tossed it. Should of had my regular (cherry Coke)
wow, if i could leave zero stars for this place i 100% would. horrible customer service, the food isnt bad but the people who work there are. super rude when you come uo to the window and get this at the end when he was handing over my order bag, i asked for ranch and bbq sauce teh fat guy behind the window said only one , and i was just shocked by that, and then he said so ranch or bbq ???? i was like omg this guy is like a mean lunch lady or something. this is not professional and cmon is the guy getting a. cut for saving the company sauces that are being handed out??? like what is your problem dude ????. complaint to hq is in process and dont go here unless you only want "one" sauce

Need to update the hours of operations.How lazy everyone working here must be to be unable to do such a simple task, even the door has the wrong hours. Or lazy because I was there 11 45PM and they had already been long gone.What a dissapointment on the carls jr name.

possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant.completely empty store at 6:30 pm tried to order from the new app, but wouldn't go through. so I walked inside. asked the cashier to look at my phone and just copy the order. She had no idea how to place a simple order. I just walked out after a few minutes. Tried to contact carls jr corporate. but only a bot Never going here again.

The food portions is big but the taste is average. It's a good quick bite but expensive for a hamburger drive through. Paid $26 for Large drink, large fries and 2 burgers.

Chicken sandwiches are not good. Chicken consistency is a strange hard fiberous patty and seems always over cooked. The burgers are great and the staff there is usually pretty friendly.
