My tummy was a little yucky Saturday and my go to feel better food my entire life is tortilla soup. It always makes me feel better. I heard they had some so I ordered that thinking it would be amazing just like I’ve heard the chicken was…omg did they give me the right item because it wasn’t anything like soup more like goulash or a thick stew no liquid at all. I ordered chicken tortilla soup from so many different restaurants. I’ve never seen anything that looked like it tasted like it. It was bad. I took 2 bites and for $10 I was pretty upset. Not feeling well it took all I had to go get food once now I was home without dinner. It being Saturday night I knew I couldn’t contact them until Monday to get a credit or refund since I was unable to eat it. I’ve called 4 times today. Left 2 messages on voicemail and even got a lady on customer support who I guess could only let the store know so this is even more upsetting. Paying that much money for something that bad no one even my 17 year old son who eats everything wouldn’t touch it. Maybe customer support should be able to support the customers as well as the store employees, just a thought because this is ridiculous. DONT GET THE TORTILLA SLUGE!!!! It’s gross!
What can i say? Chi k-fil-A is at the top of the fast food chain. If you haven't been, give it a try. The people that work there are very friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: They are all ADA compliant.
The only thing missing is that they put the sauces in front as before, it is annoying to ask the workers for more when they are busy, from then on everything is very good ??

This is the chic fila from hell second time coming here and both times has been a horrible experience the first time I found hair in my sandwich I took pictures as well as reported it no one ever got back to me to resolve issue and this was last year so today I decided to give them a second chance and another horrible experience I waited in line for 30 minutes and order was still incorrect I then asked manager Vannesa how can she confiscate me due to them getting my order incorrect causing me to wait longer when I had somewhere important to be she then said there’s nothing I can do and asked in a rude manner if I wanted my food or not I don’t know who’s doing the hiring but they need to be let go as well I highly recommend not going here the service is horrible

I went here like a hr and a half ago I ordered through the app for pickup. While I received everything in my order, both sandwiches were missing something I paid for. I paid for cheese on one and never got it and a brioche wheat bun on the other and got a regular bun.This mix up would be fine if I didn't pay for it but I did. Which they would pay attention to details.
