Waited 20 minutes to get a seat as watching employee walk by. I called while standing at the front and the ToGo person answered came up front to apologize sat us. Unfortunately we were sat in the section ( cocktail lounge) of the person that stared at us standing in the lobby! We were too uncomfortable to stay and left. This occurred on 1/3/24 @ 2:45pm.

We walked in it took someone 15 minutes to even address us to even get to a table. Once we got to the table. It was another 20 minutes before someone came over and the place wasn’t too packed but then another table got up and left and said they have been waiting over an hour and hadn’t received any food or anything, we placed our order after 20 minutes and it took another 3035 minutes for our food to come out

It really sucked to go to a restaurant and spend the entire time at the bar listening to the bar tender complain about her hours and people calling out. The manager and bartender were exchanging drama and not attending to bar guests. Probably one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.
Wanted more then 15 minutes for someone to take our drink Oder after being seated one of our drinks don’t come till I hade to get up and ask some after almost finisheing my meal and after the the server got mad and ignored the table will not come back as we waited for the server to ask for our bill we noticed a family that was seated and left because no one come to take the rode for over 10 minutes after being seated!!

WORST service ever. We waiting 1hr for our food and it was WRONG. Then the waiter tried to bs us like it's our fault. Absolutely terrible. Mcdonalds service is better than this. There were other people waiting as well. The servers were all just hanging out and we can CLEARLY SEE THEM.
Second time ordering from Chili's last night. The first time, we only ordered desert, and it was frozen solid. This time we ordered a full dinner for my birthday. The ancho salmon, chicken quesadilla, and enchilada soup were all decent. The kids pizza was terrible. No flavor in the pepperoni. The chicken and ribs combo was sad. When they say "ribs" they mean the rib bones. No meat. The real clincher was the cheesecake. It had a giant sticker on it stating that it expired more than 24hours before we ordered. When we called, they explained that it isn't actually expired, it's just against policy to serve food after 3 days. There was no further explanation. No explanation as to why they served us food against company policy. No offers to make it right. Just "it's not actually expired" leaving us questioning other food were we served that was "not actually expired"? Questionable quality and subpar service. Never coming here again.
Sitting here. Drinks empty, food not coming. Waiter is dry and inattentive. I can see her from our table just standing there. It’s not busy at all. Worst service when we come here. Last 2 times we walked out. Definitely won’t return. Wait staff is rude and don’t care. Take forever for anything to happen. Quite unfortunate for a chilies which is normally a great place to go. No this one. Go across the street to Olive Garden where they actually care about you.

Yeh! We waited a good hour after ordering everything! No drinks but half of the order for four people come out of the 4 of the 3 for me come! Very bad service they need help!The worse part about it is that there no one in here so it's not like they are busy. The food is not cooked thoroughly either. The service is just overall very bad. They didn't give the appetizer or drinks either.
