This location is HORRIBLE! Every single time I come they are all out of rice, chicken, beans or something, so I come in super early in the day thinking they would have everything but no. Out of rice for the whole entire day. SMH. This is exactly why I stopped coming to this location, it's ALWAYS SOME BS! SMH. And the workers have horrible attitudes. SMH

Best bowl to date!!! Wish I would of took a photo of the actual food but baby bump was hungry! Thank you to whoever made my bowl and left a congrats on it. This place never has meat past like 7:30. The customer service is terrible cause they cant seem to control their emotions when people order multiple items. The food is made terribly, for example the brown rice had too much lime added making it too sour.

Came in there to have some tacos and they act like we were confused I guess most people that come in there eats the burrito bowls and regular burritos was very disappointed in the tacos no seasoning and I asked for guacamole which which was sitting as one of your options but the food prep person make sure to tell the cashier to charge me extra for each taco that she made so disappointed Don't think I will go back there to ever eat there again

I finally had Chipotle for the first time in 2 years. Guacamole was full of small bits of avocado pit and skin, along with the stem, truly disgusting experience.

I like Chipotle and eat it regularly, but the customer service and quality of food has gone down at this location.
Had lunch here yesterday (10/19/24) and experienced the following:
- After ordering my $15+ meal, I asked for a cup of water and was refused. Staff said they 'ran out of cups'. However they had cups are folks ordering soda. Fine.
- While waiting for my meal, a young girl around 6-ish year old patiently waited and asked for a cup of water; staff refused to give her a cup. Mind you the weather was warm at the time.
- I ordered steak and it has silver skin.
I get that some folks might cheat and take soda when they request a cup for water. If this is an big issue, then move the water fountain machine behind counter...but don't deny folks basic access to a cup of water.
Wheelchair accessibility: Place is WC ♿ accessible.
