If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order today for me and my kids at 550pm. I got confirmation it would be ready at 620pm. My husband went to pick up and asked the gentleman at the counter who said it wasn't ready yet-619pm. Ok cool. 640p a lady behind the counter yelled at him after he asked stating she said the name 3xs- which is wrong as he sat with our son at a table waiting. Very very rude. Will not be ordering there again. If someone doesn't like their job, they need to leave. Especially when they are rude to multiple customers.

When they are good, they are good.About 65% of the time, they run out of steak and aren’t making more by like 7:30pmTonight, chicken and steak both out… people asking,they respond: how many people ordering? Because they were gonna make exactly that much..This location almost always has a line, not because they are slow.. but they are just busy, good location etc.They need to stock more of the foods during busy hours/days..

Review for Century Blvd Branch in Antioch, CA. I've ordered here a lot and can officially say it. No consistency, one order is great and the next order is garbage. I wish this location would get it together and follow the order details. The company didn't put the extra option on the site just for fun.
