I went to this place today. I order over the phone for pick up. The guy that took my order was very nice, very professional. I don’t remember his name but the receipt say Josue. He was the one that ring me out.again very nice and welcoming. I order 2 pupusas. They are pretty big compared to other places. The salsa is really good. However the cold slaw looked old. Overall it was pretty tasty.

cosinen bien ,la comida es pesima frijoles salados ni los huevos hacen bien lorocos podridos la verdad muy desepcionada esperaba algo mejor pedimos desayunos ayer y dejamos toodoo las pupusas de suquini ni sal le ponen es un desastre no lo preparan bien solo lo cortan lo mesclan con el queso i ya no tienen idea como se prepara , no sirve esa comida deverian de cambiar de cosinera porq ni frijoles pueden hacer no tiene el toque salvadoreño

Best papusas and plantains in Pittsburg. This place beats traveling way to SF. All food is fresh and hot. Breakfast is really good too. Nice place to take your family to eat

Worst customer service ever!!!!
WE LOVED THIS PLACE. TYPICALLY HAVE FAMILY DINNERS ONCE A MONTH. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. WE PUT AN ORDER FOR ONLY 8 PUPUSAS AT 440. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE DONE BY 520. WE GOT THERE AT 530 TO GIVE THEM A LIL EXTRA TIME. WHWN ARRIVED, THEY CHARGED US SAID THEY WERE GRABBING OUR ORDER 20 MINS GO BY AND NO ONE COMES BACK WITH OUR ORDER. NOW ITS 550. THEY SAID ONLY HALF OUR ORDER WAS READY. WHEN REQUESTED FOR A REFUND 3 TIMES THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK AND WALKED AWAY AND DIDN'T COME BACK TILL 620 WITH OUR ORDER. We get home to eat our food and our order was completely wrong. WHEN called and requested another refund they refused again and said they can remake it. WHY WOULD I WANT TO GO BACK AND WAIT FOR ANOTHER 2 HRS TO EAT!!!!!
THE WORST EVER. I HAVE A FULL HOUSE OF PEOPLE THAT ARE HUNGRY WAITING TO EAT! NEVER AGAIN. THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH THEIR RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE RIDICULOUS TIME WAIT. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY AGAIN. TIME FOR A NEW RESTAURANT!!!

I would give this a 2 star if it hadn't given me food poisoning once I got home. I went with both my parents to eat here and it was awful. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food and it was disgusting. The rice was dry and the pupusas tasted weird. At first I didn't think it was too bad until I puked a few hours later.
