This place does not seem to know what their own hours are. If you don't want to work the times that you are saying you're going to be open, then you should adjust your hours.

I always like I-tea, this is the only I-tea around this area. I was on the way to blueberry picking. Came at 11:30am, ordered 2 milk tea and one popcorn chicken. Waited 25min for the order to finish. Popcorn chicken is too dry, you can't taste much of the chicken.

Called in an order on the way. They confirmed order by text and stated they will text back when the order is ready. We got there and waited for the text. We understand they are short staffed these days like everyone else, but the never came. The last time orders took a while but this time it was too long so we went in an checked and wa-lah! the order has been waiting there and they mentioned for "a while" now. I asked how come you never texted but didn't get a response and we just proceeded to pay, with most of the ice all melted already anyway.Oh, also, they messed up one of my orders. Labeled according to my order by what's in the cup is different.It's also not the first time.
This is the only Boba shop in Pittsburg but you won't be disappointed! I love boba and will do all my research prior to any vacation. This place is great because the price is not high like others. Drink is perfect every time! The girls (Kayla and Candy) who help me all the time are super friendly and patient! I love that they will let you substitute without extra charge. The kitchen open later each day and food has not disappointed so far. Overall, I think with the Pandemic... the owner and staff has done a great job keeping small business open for us! Thank you and I DO recommend this I-Tea!

WHY WE WENT HERE: - boba nearby Pittsburg DMV - brother wanted boba snacks THE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE): - located off Loveridge Rd - located in the same plaza as Taco Bell - located in between Subway and Best Donuts & Coffee THE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE): - VERY cozy - not enough room for maybe 3 customers/small groups in line to wait inside - saw workers exit the establishment from climbing underneath the register counter (not sure if it's able to be moved up/down) - very limited/tight seating on the left THE MENU: - manager recommended - teapresso - i-Tea jelly series - i-Tea fruit tea series - milk tea specialty series - sea salt kreama - summer frosty series - hot drink - signature iced milk - *** informed by the workers they don't make/sell the food until it's 4:30PM and after WHAT WE ORDERED: - fresh taro milk tea - mango sago THE TASTE: - brother felt the fresh taro milk tea was pretty good, but believes it's powder, not necessarily "fresh" taro - mango sago was ok; didn't like the little bits of mango in it (felt like when you dice ginger and it's not cooked through) CUSTOMER SERVICE: - quick
