The Latino manager is really rude horrible attitude took over the drive-through Just because we made extra orders I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches meals I get the most tiniest chicken nugget, tender on my sandwich and piss off I work eight hours. I’m tired. I spent $25 just to get a rude worker Hurry me up to pay I paid and didn’t even do my order right who the Who hires a sandwich maker and gives you a tiny chicken nugget tender for your spicy chicken sandwich

The guy working the night shift drive -through threw soda at my boyfriend because he was trying to pick up his door dash order . This guy needs to be fired . Terrible service! Literally threw a soda at him. Happened on 12/15 @ 12:35.

Great and patient staff, and the restaurant was clean.
Ive been coming here for years they mess up you're order 1/5. It's the closest one to the house. I finally had to make a review after today. Customer service sucks! We went for my pregnant wife's cravings. We got some tacos and 2 orders of curly fries. We got home and realized they didnt give us our fries. I went back. The young lady that usually helps me and took my order apologized. She said she would give me something for the inconvenience. Once I reached the window I seen the "unfortunately" the older Latin lady arguing with the young lady. She took the bag from her and gave me my bag with a ugly look. I explained what happened, she told me it's not her problem I wasted my gas. She looked at me ugly as i continued to try to explain myself. I told her im sorry and "You're a terrible worker" before she shut the window on me. I'm honestly taking this to corporate. I ended up getting my soggy fries. I've worked in the culinary industry my whole life, being a chef starting as a KFC cook. It's been years since I've experienced such terrible customer service. Make sure they got your order right before you leave.

Respectful courteous staff. Meal cooked perfect exactly as I ordered. Was glad I didn't walk all that way to be disappointed. Hope it's the same next time I go! Thanks to the woman and man on shift tonight. Great people!
JUST ORDER A BIG ORDER OF.. TACOS, CHICKEN SANDWICHES, AND JUMBO JACK SANDWICHES WITH CURLY FRIES FOR THE FAM. TACOS WERE MOSTLY STALE AND COLD. CHICKEN SANDWICHES WERE DRIED OUT. JUMBO SANDWICHES TASTED NASTY IDK WHY. LASTLY CURLY FRIES WERE SOGGY WHICH OVER ALL EVERYBODY WAS UNSATISFIED. PEOPLE SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR FOOD THAT IS ADVERTISED ONE WAY AND WE END UP GETTING IT FROM FAST FOOD COMPANIES LIKE THIS ONE THAT JUST SEEM NOT TO CARE WHAT WE PAY FOR. SO DISSAPOINTED!!

My go to for breakfast. Extreme sausage combo this morning when taking big swig of milk it was sour tried calling to give them a heads up, no answer. Likely not the only one with bad milk. Best by date 7/11/24
