So id like to begin by saying service was good. I hadn’t been to Jamba Juice in a long time (over a year) but my favorite drink is the apples n greens. I went today for the first time in a while, atmosphere was great however my drink was terrible. I have always ordered the same thing but I think management needs to take a look at their blenders and make sure they are working properly. My drink has kale it in and I was chewing on my drink instead of drinking it like a smoothie. When I got to the bottom after a few hours of chewing on it little by little there were these large balls of fruit. I think this is a poor management issue not an employee one unless they aren’t reporting their issues. Maybe upper management is lacking funding to replace their blenders or something else but I won’t be going back not to mention my drink was $11. I could buy a meal for that price.

Mariana was truly the best! She made ordering super easy and was able to customize my smoothie. I didn’t even know about half of the information she provided. She was incredibly sweet! I will be coming back to this location hoping to see her!!! I hope she sees this and knows her service is outstanding :)

The Pittsburg Jamba Juice establishment is my preferred choice. Despite residing near the Brentwood location, their drink preparation needs improvement. Alejandra, in particular, ensures my drink is made to perfection as she knows my preferences. The entire staff is consistently courteous, fostering a welcoming environment for placing an order. I am a regular patron, visiting 2-3 times weekly. I am grateful to Alejandra, Jocelyn, and the entire team for their dedication to creating an excellent protein smoothie. Smoothies are just ok. The prices have become outrageous. The food seclusion is sub-par. I ordered a pretzel and it was tasteless and tough. The cashier seemed as though she wished she was elsewhere.
Jamba juice here at the Century plaza helped me on a Saturday evening on 11-3-23 I could not forget but I drove all the way from Oakley ca and this team was the best ever clean inside of the restaurant and made my Peanut butter ? Moo Drink was the best so bring the family here to get the best drink you like..Thank you..

Normally they are delicious, but I just had the nastiest smoothie I’ve ever had delivered by DoorDash. It wasn’t fully blended. It didn’t have any ice. It was a mixed mess. I tried putting it in the blender. I added strawberries, lime, greek yogurt, and strawberries. It still taste disgusting. The kid enjoyed hers, but she said it wasn’t cold and had no ice. I’m tossing mine I just can’t. UPDATE I just went to Jamba Juice and received the best smoothie ever from Thalia. Not everyone can blend kale properly. Thanks Thalia!!!! ?
