Came here with my child excited to try the new wings and potato wedges. Instead, the staff told me to back my car up in the drive-thru (with cars behind me). I refused because it was unsafe — so they called the police on me.
My child was terrified. Completely unprofessional, extreme, and unnecessary. I’ve reported this to corporate. Never coming back.

My son and I came here to grab something during our 4 hour drive. I couldn't believe it. The girl was great and didn't get frustrated which is such a plus these days. Especially since she seemed new. She learned that the big box can be upgraded. And that's where the problems started lol. I upgraded the box but there were no large cups. I got 2 medium cups. Ok cool. My son can get a drink too since he wanted somewhere else. I gave up soda for personal reasons and was glad to see raspberry iced tea...too bad they were out. Huh. Oh great! They have lemonade. Just kidding, they didn't have any lemonade either. Ok cool, let's go for the tea...unsweetened? OMG! Lol. Oh and the icing was that they didn't have any sugar in the place. So I mixed the iced tea with the super sweet cough syrup tasting fruit punch. When we left, I came right back after getting my son's food because I promise those fries had been sitting there since they opened..LOL and the chicken leg looked like a part of a chicken wing. I am so glad I paid less than $10. Yea, that was the 1st time in a few years I'd been to KFC. We'll just have to see if it's the same at another one because there's no way. Lol
Thanks for bringing back the $7 fill up . The Pepsi machine was down for a few days - but the chicken was hot. The gravy can use a little more flavor .
