Ordered an 8 Pc meal & asked if they could swap the 2 wings for legs (2 breast, 2 thighs, 4 legs). They said sure no problem. Got my food went home found 1 breast, 2 thighs, 3 wings, and 2 legs. Never told me anything. Called the manger just said that’s all we had. So I guess they just grabbed some random stuff and threw it in the bucket told me nothing. I walked in takeout I should’ve assumed they got it wrong in the first place. Food good just not what I wanted. Unbelievable….

My recent experience at KFC on Railroad Ave was rather underwhelming. The taste of the food was just okay, nothing to write home about. I opted for the $9 special expecting three decent-sized pieces of chicken, but what I received felt more like three small, flat wings. It left me questioning if the special deal meant sacrificing the size of the chicken pieces.To add to the disappointment, the moment I entered, an unpleasant sewage-like smell greeted me, suggesting a potential issue with their facilities. The ambiance was far from appetizing. I placed an online order for pickup, but the overall experience and the less-than-enticing odor make it unlikely for me to consider returning to this particular KFC location.The service was on point though, so ya all get 5stars for that.

I love KFC been slowing down and hardly go to this location only because Customer Service is pathetic seriously .Whoever was working the Drive thru orders on Sunday December 10th 2023 @ 4:45 on after is horrible making people wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes ?? Seriously what an idiot and doesn't bring the food out I mean if you can't handle the job find something else you might be able to qualify for ..As far as the manager running this place look at your reviews it is a franchise food place that will effect your reputation and if you don't care your doing a great job ...But the drive thru young male working doesn't know how to take orders and I hear about this KFC going down hill sad to say ..A good location with good food with pathetic Customer Service and workers ..Lazy people and sad to say I will take the time to catch another KFC when possible ..lots of people complain look at your reviews ..Time to clean house up ..

Despite the location of this KFC, their customer service is unmatched! Everytime I’ve gotten food here the drive thru worker has been so nice and made a delightful experience-no matter what time of day! Additionally, their hot and spicy wings are so good!

This is the first time I felt geniune disdain from a customer service employee. I have never met her before nor have I been to this KFC in over a year and yet it started the second I got in line. To be clear, I will leave it up to KFC to do whatever they deem appropriate. I would hope they factor in her track record on service and any complaint and complements she has accumulated within her tenure to be fair to her. This is what I did when I managed a series of customer service oriented department stores in the past.So here is what happened: I was second in line and overheard the associate tell the customer ahead of me that they were out of Original and just Crispy. That customer stepped out and I asked for the 3 piece big box with Crispy. I then asked if both sides can be fries. She asked what else and I said the 8 piece Spicy Wings. She was very curt and robotic. She did NOT repeat my order and gave me a total of $25 and some change. I hesitantly asked her if that was wings only, no combo on the Spicy wings as it should have come up to around $20-21. She angrily exclaimed its only wings and told me to put my card in the reader. When the reciept came out, it had a side of gravy for around $4 as the first line. I actually had to get back in line as the orginal customer who stepped aside decided to order. When it became my turn again, I showed her the extra item and told her that I did not order it. She proceeded to tell me that I did!!!! She told me that I ordered gravy on the side!!!!!! I was taken back and said to her that I did not order mash potatoes and did not particularly like mash potatoes. She again told me that I ordered it!!! At this point she said she would call her manager and return it. I thanked her even though it was not my fault. Perhaps the customer who stepped out ordered it but I dont know. Her manager showed up and proceeded with the refund in cash although I paid with my credit card. Her manager handed the cash to her and she handed it to me. I again thanked her and she said said thank you back........or so I thought! She then said "Manager" letting me know she was not thanking me. Her manager was to the side near the pick up desk so I asked for her name. After asking me twice why I wanted it, she finally said Mariella. She asked me again and I told her that I was not happy with her service. Mariella, actually left her station and came over. I did not want to speak to her so I told her she should go back to her customer in line. I actually apoligize for saying that loudly enough for her to hear that....I did not yell but there were only 3-4 people in the store so my voice unexpectedly resonated. I am not seeking any freebees nor am I seeking Mariella to lose her job. Its a hard job! This is for KFC and the Yelp community to use for whatever they wish. If she just had a bad day and is a overall an excellent employee then good but based on her inability demonstrated to me, I highly doubt it.Update: This review is 24 hours after the event on 11/06/23 at around 3pm if KFC needs to know or wants to review footage. Also, I wanted to do this review with a clear head and without emotion. Thank you!

Yesterday after work I picked up my children and they wanted to eat KFC so we stopped by Pittsburg railroad location. We ordered 16 pcs tender they told us we need to wait 15-20 minutes and asked me to drive around, but to drive around on this location you have to drive around the block so we did after 15 min we got our food and came home. After setting our table we noticed they were under cooked and I called the restaurant and talk with the manager she asked me to take the food with me and go back to the restaurant and she would replace the food but I told her that I am not going to be able to drive at the moment another 30 minutes and come back and let my hungry kids waiting about an hour more so I told her that I cannot go there. Then she told me that I could throw the food away and come back tomorrow and she would replace the food for us. She took all my information. And I was very happy with her professionalism and trusted her words and throw the tenders away.Then today we stop by again after work after school assuming that we are going to get our food that he promised to us yesterday and they told me that I have to wait another 20 minutes again and I explain to her what we had been through yesterday and I don't want to wait either. She can give me my money back or she could replace it with some other food, but then after she's making me wait 10 minutes, she was telling me if she didn't talk to me, she didn't promise me anything, and she totally refused to you our food or any reimbursement.As a manager, she didn't even talk to me, she was talking to the cashier lady in Spanish, not responding me and acting like she doesn't understand English in the beginning but later on, she turned into a very rude person and declined her own offer. She made it day before.I wouldn't recommend this business, even if you go there, before you leave check your food is they are truly prepared and cooked then leave. Otherwise you would be finding yourself in the same situation as I was today

Very bad customer service, this people don’t know how to treat people, that 5 people had to leave because they didn’t have there food already they waited 15-20 min, and the manger a women with a bad attitude with the customer, never coming back to this KFC. Pls don’t come there’s bad service !!!

Ordered the new nuggets and was asked to backup away from pickup window because order was not ready but apparently my car is on a timer so backing up will keep me off timer so my order was finally ready but was short one nugget a would I be ok with a chicken tender as a replacement what a day

I will give 5 stars but I order a bucket of 12 pieces of chicken. The bucket comes with 3/breasts so I told the cashier I will pay the difference to make all the pieces a breast. So I pay for 9 breasts thinking that they will honor the 3 breasts supposed to have the bucket but instead they gave me 3 tights. So when I arrived home I was disappointed. They should not do that more when you pay an extra charge for your order. Bad services.
