The smell that comes from La Flor De Mexicano bakery can be picked up from 3 doors down. It is heavenly! There is a huge variety of authentic, hand-made pan dulce. They're all a beautiful work of art! The staff is friendly and it is always immaculately clean. I really appreciate being able to get something so nostalgic and of such a high quality for such an affordable price, and all the details that go into everything! A true downtown Pittsburg staple!

Good Latin pastries, and cakes. Great customer service. On weekends they have tamales, they are small and a little pricey, but delicious.

I've been living in Pittsburg for the last four years and have driven by this place so many times. I found La Flor De Mexico via Yelp and I'm so glad I stopped in. My son's school is celebrating Latin Heritage and I volunteered to bring yummy sweets. Man, did I score the jackpot! I walked in and met Marc. I asked him to load up a couple of the large boxes w/whatever variety he chose. He gladly accepted the request and went to town. So many choices at this location! He helped me out to my car and I said, "this won't be the last time I visit!" Thank for helping me. I'll be seeing you and your pretty oompa loompas soon! (and I say that w/the nicest intentions ;)

A friend of mine would not stop talking about this place and after weeks of hearing about it, I finally had to drop in to see what all the fuss was about. Very glad I did, the pastries don't just look good but taste amazing too. Now it will be me bothering everyone else to try this place out!
