All I can say is this bakery makes amazing desserts! We had 50 people celebrate my husband's birthday this past weekend and everyone loved the marble cake with strawberries, cheesecake and canollis! Everything was a hit and I'll be back to place my next birthday order with Mayu's.

This was honestly one of the worst cakes I’ve ever had. I ordered a Oreo chocolate cookie cake for a birthday party and everyone was in disgust. The cake was dry the filling just didn’t match the flavor and the icing was not a match either. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Hello! Thank you for the outstanding customer service and wonderful cake I ordered for my wife’s birthday! The service was unbelievably professional and they catered to my every detail on my order. I cannot recommend this place high enough! I wish I could give them 1,000 stars. Cake was ready on time and they even offer delicious sandwiches! Try this place out as soon as possible! I ordered my 6 month old baby’s birthday cake. They did not make it on time and see the pictures attached holes, cuts without any reason. They did not even informed us that cake is not ready, we waited there for half an hour. When i called them they said they have so many orders , so busy. Why you are taking that many orders if you guys can’t handle them on time? I liked them a lot but they do not have good communication and customer service.

Two weeks ago I bought a cake and they didn't give it to me the way I asked, they gave it to me. With another filling that I had not asked for ?

My family has been enjoying cakes and sweet treats from Mayu’s for over a year now. Their prices are great especially for the quality! We love how moist their cakes are and aren’t overly sweet which is an added bonus. They’re always friendly and willing to work with you for custom orders. My kids also love their cake pops! The tarts and quesadilla are my favorites items to get when I go. Clean and friendly environment!

I went today to buy some sweet bread, it was delicious. The owner should advertise the Salvadorean sweet bread, because we are a lot of Salvadoreans in this area. I was waiting for a Salvadorean bakery. I got: salpores de arroz, quesadillas, pasteles de leche, pasteles de guayaba, pichardines de piña y guayaba. They are delicious!!! ?, the service was excellent and the place is so clean.

My mother had pre-ordered the cake for my baby shower on September 19th with this bakery and had gave them an inspiration photo and all (needed it for November 4th) She was very specific in saying our theme was vintage winnie the pooh for a GIRLS baby shower. We were told the artist was going to be able to do what we wanted just for our cake to be completely wrong. The taste does not make up for the mistakes made especially with over a month in advance notice. What we wanted vs what we got.

UPDATE: seeing that my review is the ONLY one that never received any kind of response even all this time later has led me to remove the extra star I gave out of kindness. It also leads me to believe that my mother’s requests weren’t taken seriously because she wasn’t latino/a. Black Folk, take your business ELSEWHERE.

I bought a cake from the display case and the cake was very old when we ate it, the frosting tasted awful, it tasted old.
I asked when it was made and they said today and it wasn't true, the bread wasn't that bad but I didn't like that they lied to me and didn't tell me the truth.
