Why is it, fast food workers get paid to much but they don't do anything right? No meat? Really? All I did was ask for no cheese and they left out the "beef" patty. Oh and no salt on the fries? I thought you had to order that special, not automatically. Never again to pittsburg McDonald's on Harbor. Oh well.

Very disappointed to say that the lobby is filled with drug addicts the drive-thru has very long wait times the staff are very rude there are a couple of staff there with the right customer service but the rest not to mention the managers all need to be let go or retrained or both never have I had an experience like this particular McDonald's very disappointed you guys got to do betterKid-friendliness: A lot of people make the mistake of bringing their children and then when you bring them you notice that there is space for the children but you don't feel comfortable with even turning your back for 2 seconds because the drug addicts sit in the lobby and sleep in the lobby and they beg and ask people for money or for food inside of the restaurant

We ordered 3 happymeals for my three children and we asked for a hamburger that didn't come with ketchup and the one in the super heavy window made him check and told us that it's okay, this one doesn't come with ketchup and yes they do. He even brings the paper that he doesn't bring and he does. Do your job well, that's why they pay you, what would happen if my daughter is allergic, the high demand that this restaurant had because of the employees.

If i could put 0 stars I would WORST service ever! super impolite. Super unhygienic, don't recommend. Wish I could go back and save my money and time. Ordered a single coffee and it took over 30 minutes. meanwhile I watched employees on their cell phone while handling food and in between orders ( while there is a line).

Nothing Special, nothing bad. Just your average Drive thru experienceParking: It's a very small and cramped location, being on the corner with other businesses being close in proximity. Providing 7 or 8 spaces to park.
First off... no one at the counter... I should be able to ask someone to take my order. The fries were really fried and dark and yet still old and cold. The burger was over cooked as well. The nuggets were old like rubber. My soda was nothing but carbonated water....like why was ALL of my order cold or something not right? And I had to use a kiosk....never go here again .. I'll go to antioch b4 I go here in Pittsburg where I live 2 blocks away.....sad....
