I've been noticing lately on the late night shift that it's gotten so petty with evil people in this world doing petty acts and this is another example of just that! You have to literally count your chicken nuggets when you order them especially when ordering after the dinning area is closed and especially when ordering a 20pc chicken nuggets as I've been shorted more than 3xs it's getting to be extremely irritating and I feel cheated out my hard earned money I decide to spend at your McDonald's when I can easily take my money to any other fast food franchise, but I stay faithful to your 20pc. Chicken nuggets w/ 2 hotcake syrups and a LG sweet tea w/ no ice and to be shorted on how many nuggets is just low and the worker who keeps repeating this has some major anger issues wether it from a relationship or home issues or issues internally within self, SHOULDN'T BE TAKEN OUT ON CUSTOMER'S YOU SERVE DAILY! MANY TIMES TOO, THERE WILL BE ONE OR TWO SPICY NUGGETS IN EQUAL NUMBERS ADDED TO EACH BAG OF REGULAR NUGGETS AND THAT ALMOST COULD HAVE SENT ME TO THE HOSPITAL AS I CANNOT HAVE ANYTHING SPICY WHAT SO EVER IT CAN PUT ME IN THE HOSPITAL QUICK! 4 EXAMPLE, THERE'S UTWO BAGS EACH HAS OR SUPPOSED TO HAVE 10 REGULAR NUGGETS I ORDER NOT SPICY, SO WHEN I GET HOME ONLY TO DISCOVER ITS ONLY 8 REG NUGGETS AND 2 SPICY NUGGETS ADDED TO EACH BAG TO EQUAL 10.... NOT KOSHER!!!! OR THIS ONE IS MORE FAMOUS THAN THE MENTIONED ABOVE WHERE IM SHORTED NUGGETS LAST NIGHT I ONLY HAD 7 NUGGETS IN EACH BAG IM VERY UPSET. I DIDN'T REALIZE IT UNTIL AS I WAS EATING AND COUNTED AS I WENT ALONG I HAD HALF OF CONTAINER OF SYRUP LEFT TOO... 10 NUGGETS USES A WHOLE CONTAINER OF SYRUP DIPPING SAUCE. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED ITS NOT LIKE I CAN GET A REFUND OR EVEN GOT IT CORRECTED AS I HAD STARTED EATING THE FOOD AND THEY MOST LIKELY WOULD ASSUME I WAS LYING TO JUST GET MORE FOOD W/O PAYING OR SOMETHING... THIS IS BURNT OUT OAKLAND OF SCANDALOUSNESS AND GRIMMEY OPPORTUNIST's waiting for the next scheme, but it's only a temporary quick fix for the moment.. I rather have something that will take you much further that feels more secure in numbers n for sure more stable than a temporary fix dealing with pocket change...
My advice... Count your nuggets if you order from here on the late night as the cook is not true to their job in customer service...
Parking: At night time it's hard to find parking as 2 months ago possibly a little longer a large crowd of Hispanic decent practically moved in the parking lot sleeping all in cars I believe they all know each other or are family , not sure why all the sudden they swooped in sowing up all the parking spaces maybe it's some sort of function or a challenge to sacrifice to save up money for something but it seems they all work every day but you will be lucky to find a comfortable parking space w/o feeling like you directly up in the next person next to you, face... It's that uncomfortable... And I noticed McDonald's wifi is no longer visible to the public in order to use their wi-fi you would have to have the app called instabridge in order to connect to McDonald's wifi other than that you cannot see it to connect to... I believe it's because of all the people who took over the entire parking lot KFC's too and along market street...
Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair ramps are convenient and easy to use for the disabled... I would suggest to put strips of rough like sand paper for when it rains it's not too slippery for the customers who have difficulty walking like myself....

The breakfast scramble hit the spot, fresh eggs and perfectly crispy hash browns. Service was zippy, even during the morning rush. Clean tables and a surprisingly relaxed atmosphere for a McD's. Only lost a star for the slightly lukewarm coffee – could've been hotter. Definitely a solid choice for a quick, no-frills breakfast.

I ordered coffee with cream. I was given coffee without cream. I asked for a cream, they didn’t give me, they said that the cream was already inside. Bad restaurant. They don't shout out the customer's name and order number, they don't have an order screen.

I got two coffees one ice coffee and ice caramel coffee for my sister, me we got the drinks, they said one mocha, one caramel I didn't want an mocha I wanted my ice coffee I told the lady that I got an mocha instead of a ice coffee they told me with an Attitude the one that my sister had was ice coffee but it was a caramel they said they no it was an ice coffee and told me that they were going to make me a new coffee after 10 minutes I never got my ice coffee.Lairs, lazy!!!

Disgusting service!! It's amazing that in such a place where there are so many people, such service!! ???I ordered tea with lemon and without ice. Brought iced tea, said no lemon. He asked to replace the tea, the woman took a spoon and began to get ice out of the glass with a spoon. Then she gave me tea! The cashier told me to order on the app!!
