This is a very sad review :( , I love the place, generally speaking is good in buffet and customer service and I making this review hoping that they will improve,There are 3 Hostess, Maria and One Male Host who loves movies, they're both very kind and attentive, they're both quick to bring Nam to the tables and drinks so you can enjoy all together since the beginning of your buffet. There's one more which I don't know his name, but he's been there for the longest out of the 3, this specific host used to be in a great mood very attentive, fast with the Nam and Drinks asking if everything was ok or if I would like something else, that is not the case anymore.Today 3.25.24 was the first time is 5 years dining here, I had to stand from the table and tell the host that I'm sorry but the food is as BAD as it can be from the buffet, the Tikka Masala was cold left overs, the bowl that hold the food was broken open, so the food is exposed to any fly and cold, the Curry Fish was cold, all the sauce around the fish has become cold greasy layer, The Tandoori Chicken look like bad home fired chicken.I couldn't even entertain the idea of eating, I stand up and went to the counter and apologize to the the host and I even told him that If I have to pay, I will, but the food was cold and soggy left overs. He said not worries it's ok, he went to check the food burners and told me that the temperature was right, I was already running out of time for my lunch, so I don't have time or will for pointless discussion when the food in my plate is cold and soggy left overs and leave to buy anything else around.I just hope they get things back to normal so I can keep on coming to the buffet, I even recommended this place to all my co-workers, and they become clients because I told them how good the service and quality was.

Wonderful Party Hall Rental space! It was a beautiful remodeled hall. Chandeliers were gorgeous and the ceiling walls as well. Chris was great with the whole process. We were allowed the majority of the day before to set up. Enough bathroom stalls for a big party and there was already a bar area for a bartender to serve drinks. I would definitely recommend and use this place again.

We order takeout. Everything was hot and fresh. The biryani is really good and I enjoyed the tandoori chicken. Plan on returning to try other menu items

This has been a favorite of our family for many years. I don't know after Covid so many restaurants have changed. But one thing I know, is after a holiday (Christmas in this case) do NOT go to restaurants especially with a buffet. My brother was visiting and wanted to come here(we have taken him before and he loves Indian food). I was wary bc I know holidays are slow on the weekend buffets and even though this was Tuesday(day after Christmas), the food tasted horrible and OLD! The rice I did not even touch because it had a funky spoiled smell (I know the smell) and I put the lid back and did not eat that. Okra which is normally very good here, was dry, tough and woody tasting and texture-meaning old. There is a difference between old for a few hours in a buffet and days old. The foods were days old. Everyone could tell even the kids that the food was old and they ALL said it tasted horrible. As an Elite Yelper I pride myself in giving honest good reviews so Yelpers really know what is a truthful review and even though this has been a favorite around here for many years, it can fall short. I like to give a heads up to the owners also to let them know what needs improvement and what customers notice if any cut backs, new chefs or cooks, service, etc as sometimes the owner is not always there. Because we WANT them to be a success! I will continue to come here because hopefully it was only because it was the holidays and a fluke thing! We spent 150.00 and we expect better of a place we have come to love and want them to continue to be a success! But if it continues to cut corners and be evident especially in old food which we can tell, and worse get sick form the old food then I will update. So it was a lesson for me to avoid restaurants right after the holidays! I would have given 1 star actually for this particular visit, but I am hoping their usual good food is there, just giving the holidays it was bad and don't want to ruin their ratings as usually the food is good.

I'm a fan of Indian buffets because there are so many dishes I enjoy. It seems that a lot of restaurants stopped offering buffets which is unfortunate but understandable. Located A couple of miles off Hwy 4 it's on the corner of a strip mall shared by a hall and an Indian grocery store. They had a good selection of different dishes. I liked the level of spiciness which would be considered too spicy for some but definitely not too spicy for my taste. If you like your Indian food buffet on the spicier side then I would give it a try.

Ordered online, but when I got there they said they haven’t received my order and had to wait another 20 minutes. The Aloo Pratha I got was not eatable at all.

This restaurant was one of the most welcoming and sweet customer services I've had in a while. The waiter made us feel at home and was extremely kind. Yet the food was on a different level. Spicy, juicy, and delicious Indian food that will make you feel very heavy in a good way. That's all I gotta say!!

Our first experience dining at Mehran was very pleasant. The samosas were so warm, fresh and flavorful (the spicy chutney had just the right kick!) and we had vegetable fritters for the first time also very tasty. We ordered the naan variety basket. Another hit. The chicken curry and vindaloo were mouth watering. Next time we'll order spicy heat instead of medium. We'll definitely be back. Our server was attentive and delightful. I'm grateful Pittsburg has Mehran. Keep up the good work, kitchen and front of house team. We appreciate all the care, love and hard work you put into presenting authentic Indian Pakistani cooking in a warm, comfortable setting!

We tried the buffet here, the Chicken Tandoori had human hair in it, and when informed, the response was "I can't do anything", It is what is it kind of attitude. I felt like the attendant wasn't really humble or knew much of hospitality. Later, the glass provided for water was dirty, and when informed again, he had very negligible response which pissed us off. Overall, the food was okayish, and the service wasn't good at all, could've been much much better.

I have been coming here for many years always good food good service but the last two times I've been there within a month ,first I went for the lunch buffet looked to see what they were serving, and every item they had was empty and dry. They asked me if I wanted the Buffet I told them yes and that was the reason I went there and they said I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for them to cook something I ended up walking out. Second time I went there an hour and a half before the Buffet was over. Most of the items they had was empty and they didn't want to cook no more for the Buffet line. so I ordered from the menu. The food wasn't as good as it used to be. needed more spices. and the chai tea that they always have was the worst I've ever had since I been going there. The chai tea was always great. Please go back to how it used to be. Thank you.
