Visit date: 03.27.24Time: After 8pmI am so disappointed with my visit. I have been going to this restaurant since I got engaged there in 2011, throughout the year I ended up frequenting less and less because of the rising cost and the most frequent problem was servers being stingy with the breadsticks. I haven’t visited this location in about two years or so. But since we got engaged here my husband and I thought it would be fitting to go back on our anniversary, we knew they closed at 10 so thought it would be fine since we arrived with our six children sometime after 8. We were seated right away basically with no wait, the restaurant was clean (outside in the parking lot though a roach greeted us and stayed by our car) and they sat us in the middle of a crowded dining area. Someone brought us menus and I only saw two servers serving our side though I seen about 4-5 servers in general but our side was incredibly busy but I was mostly happy with the service we received from our servers but the food was terrible quality. I ordered the tour of Italy and when they brought it out to us, the lasagna was so old and hard it couldn’t be cut through, I told the server and that I wanted another one and he seemed very hesitant. When he brought the new food back to me, the whole plate had been redone, including the small serving of fettuccini which had been fine before but now was soupy and very soft and disgusting, the lasagna was still old but I could cut it, it was inedible, everything on that plate was disgusting. I ended up trading with my daughter and she had the create your own pasta but the wrong sauce was on it so it tasted not good. 2 of my children had chicken tenders and my son’s was very well done but he didn’t complain. The servers were stretched thin but I do feel like we got the poor end of the stick when it came to quality but its also very possible that others just didn’t care. I think restaurants should stop allowing people to come after a certain time when they cannot be serviced fully, don’t say you close at ten when in actuality the kitchen is going to stop making fresh food at 9, just stop business then. Businesses will take the business but then give you poor service, with our $20 tip that brought our bill up to $200 and like I said the whole meal I could have made better at home. Our servers were the best part and that’s not saying much, no napkins at the table other than those black linen napkins your food comes wrapped in, not sure where you are supposed to put the rest of your utensils and we weren’t given spoons which was also strange….my husband and daughter got the soup and spoons were put onto their plates but three of my kids ended up needing spoons and the tongs were missing from my salad because the server said that the kitchen was closing so utensils were being put away. Awful experience.

I'm very fond of this location because I've had my first experience of Olive Garden here, in 2011!If I had one criticism to make is that the entrance area smells a bit unpleasant, like stale grated cheese. Also, they charge 3 Dollars if children use the IPad to play interactive games. That should be clearly communicated, so I found that charge a bit cheeky.Food and service was great as usual and as expected, we had a pleasant chat with our friendly waitress. She did forget about our refills and dipping sauces once, but these things happen and she immediately took care of it after a gentle reminder. She was really wonderful.Neverending soups and bread sticks and soups are just about the best thing ever, @OliveGarden never drop that on your menu! The seafood Alfredo was also delicious, though the pasta was a bit overcooked for my liking.Overall however, we've had a great time like always!

While it isn’t really authentic Italian food it was very tasty and they have taken the ethos of the Italian lifestyle and made it their spacial kind of flavour. I had their tour of Italy which honestly I just could not finish. With salad and my husband had soup we were not allowed to leave hungry!I understand from my American husband (I am English) the bread sticks are their pull in and frankly if the rest of the bread here tasted as good I would be in bread heaven! But when really thought about it’s just salty bread with garlic butter but after eating the sugary bread offering here it’s truly the best bread I’ve had in a year and a half!At first glance it does appear on the pricy side but we took home our leftovers and had it again for dinner the next night so taking this into consideration it really was a viable mid week date night.Special shout out to the wonderful staff who really made us feel relaxed and unhurried.

It is what it is, it is American food made in an Italian style, for people that want American Italian food. It is not authentic Italian food. It is not a flavor from tuscany. It is a mass corporate invention of a gastropub restaurant no different from Chili's or outback. Except the food is flavored slightly towards American pallets of Italian food. Just as spaghetti and meatballs is not truly Italian but Americans accepted as Italian. That's all Olive Garden is if you want unlimited salad and breadsticks this is your place. Occasionally the unlimited possible not bad. Service can be anything from downright awful to excellent it all depends on time of day how busy and whether or not they scheduled enough staff. But just like any of the other major chain restaurants it has all the same pros and cons. So your mileage is going to vary widely. The Olive Garden where I live in Pittsburg California turns out to be actually pretty good, the food is consistent. And I would say good on the consistent part. Prices are as their staged on the menu usually Services fairly good. And if your meal is completely screwed up and you tell the manager a lot of times they will even comp the mail. Again this is the Olive Garden where I live in Pittsburg California so your mileage may vary what in general yes I would go there and yes I go back I'm probably going back 100 times. And I will still probably go back another hundred
