Food was horrible. Salad is sooo old. I know they want save economy but need careful with people health. Please get fresh salad for me next time thanks

Paid nearly $20 for a bowl of soup and a bacon sandwich. Got 2 pieces of burnt bacon on the sandwich only. When I asked about it, the lady at the counter laughed and wouldn't make it right. Really bad service! I won't be coming back again.

I love Panera specifically the turkey avocado BLT, and the agave lemonade. If you enjoy homemade bread, the Classic White Miche bread is a great runner up. I get it thick cut and make grilled cheese or french toast out of it, which is always a win!

I've eaten at this Panera a few times before. Today I read all the negative reviews so I decided to post my own.I can only say I've never received any bad attitude from the staff, my food was ready within minutes of sitting at my table. The restaurant was very clean as were the tables.As for food, I ordered the value meal, half Napa Chicken Salad sandwich and Wild Rice and Chicken soup. The soup hit the spot on this cold winter day. The broth was creamy and all veggies and chicken cooked perfectly. The chicken sandwich was good too. I do agree with other reviewers that the sandwich could have used a bit more chicken salad thus the 4 star rating. Who knows, maybe the managers are reading these reviews and addressing issues they may have had.

This place is a hit or miss sadly. If you walk in you can check your food yourself but if you get delivery you might not get everything right . I can no longer get deliveries because they always mess up my order. I’d say walk ins are a better option.

They were out of cilantro, so I added spinach instead. I guess they decided to only give me 3 small pieces of chicken on my breakfast sandwich since I added spinach and very little chipotle sauce. Panera you can do better.

Stopped to check out what's new... bought a small salad & a cool chicken pepperoni sandwich for my son....a to go order...get home and stepped out the car only to have the bag tare open & everything fell out...Now we all know they don't wrap their delicious bread... my favorite part!! Had 2 use the 5 second rule... No Cheap bags PLEASE!!!!!!!

Usually this place is good. I came in for lunch and ordered a soup and sandwich. The soup was amazing however, the sandwhich was HORRIBLE! It looked like small chunks of tuna but was suppose to be chicken. Not sure if I would recommend to people now or return.
