Warm hospitality, thank you to the gentleman at the kitchen!Meats felt like they were microwave heated, that messed up the whole experience. Tri tip was nice and had a good flavor to it. Sides were soggy and also reheated.Very limited place to dine in (one table available), with rest of the space being gated with someone resting on the floor. Additional two outside tables on the main downtown strip.This is definitely something different to try in Pittsburgh.

Best BBQ around. Delicious tri-tip, chicken and ribs....and THE absolute best mac n' cheese I have EVER tasted in my life. Prices are reasonable and the owners are the kindest people. I love supporting local family owned businesses and this one is at the top of my list.

I used to go here when it was Dad's Bar-b-que and I thought it was great. I tried it when it got new owners and was renamed Pitt's Pig BBQ. The first time it was pretty good. I went there and ordered yesterday 9/24/21. I ordered the full rack of ribs for around $30. I gave the guy a huge tip because I felt bad for him as I'd heard the business wasn't doing so well. I was taking the ribs to a relatives home Marin County. The ribs were not good at all. They were burnt black on the ends. They were dry and the meat was tough. I was very disappointed. I probably won't go here again.

I have tried Pigs BBQ a few times unsatisfied with the first few times. However I recently went there and may I say the meat was much better this time. I will be going back.

I was working in the area and heard about this place .. I like to try new spots and keep supporting local business. I ordered the 2 meat plate tri tip and hot link no sides . Tri tip was a huge disappointment no flavor and tasted if it came out of the oven not a bbq grill. Now the hot link no heat to it tase like a mild hot dog .... huge let down probably will not try this place again...
Love the food and friendly employees. Love being greeted by these nice ladies. If you haven't tried their bbq, do!

The smoked Mac and cheese is so good that I crave it sometimes! Greens are good too! The baked beans are good! The tri tip and ribs are good! (Pictured) You really can't go wrong with anything you order from here! The portions are huge! You could definitely share one plate with someone else. This is a place I crave!l from time to time. Just wish they had dessert!

Went here for the first time today, absolutely amazing Courteous and helpful staff and quite fast too. Got the three way with ribs, chicken and tri tip. It was delicious This is the place to go for some excellent bbq! Their sides were good too, potato salad and baked beans Usually the sides are bad at bbq places but not here, everything was delightful Definitely coming back!

Came from out of town and was in the mood for some BBQ let me say stop your search this place is delicious corn bread Mac and cheese and potato salad cornbread with ribs ... say less 5*** for the food and the service very nice ladies even gave us some samples to eat while we waited for our meal.. i dont usual write reviews ever but this one was a must. Be back again when im in town forsure
