Kim is very unprofessional and rude, I will no longer purchase from this location due to her negative attitude. I am a current customer at pizza guys in Oakley and the staff is always nice and respectful but Kim should not be customer facing due to her unprofessional attitude.

I don't know why this store has such a bad rating. I order from here at least once a week... never had a bad experience with the food or workers. The service is good and they are nice. I hate the parking lot. People really don't know how to park... they park super close knowing damn well they are going to struggle getting out. Anyways... I always order online for pick up in store. They are pretty quick and the food is hot and ready when I pick up. I recommend and I definitely will return.

The manager at this location let his employees park in the handicap space.... I'm so sick of people having no respect for us handicapped people.... I let the cashier know and she called the kid that was parked in the space. Even with me explaining the Soave was for handicapped people he still refused to move his truck.... Black ranger with these license plates GOTHBOI..... I call the police gave them the info hoping he gave a ticket.... No consideration for their handicap customers!!'n

Not exactly sure what happened to this place but I am very saddened by it. I was a big fan of this pizza guys but the quality has totally gone downhill. My last couple pizzas had arrived over sauced, undercheesed, and recklessly cut. I decided to give them another chance but this time my pizza was undercooked and the marinara sauce and cheese had a very bad smell I couldn't even eat it and had to throw it out. I officially give up on this place. Must be under a new management or new staff.. whatever the case it they do not care to serve good pizzas anymore.
I have never had a bad experience at Pizza Guys. It is always ready on time, and its good pizza. Can't really ask for much else from a pizza place.
