I love the food always have.... but it's the service and the attitude of the staff I didn't care for

Our server was amazing. The food was disappointing. Probably will come back for the shrimp fest.

The portions were small for the price. Cole slaw was warm, my food was just warmed up? Service was great.

It's a great and delicious food is you like the seafood, but they even have steaks chicken and burgers too.

The crab was good the rest of the food was ok. The service was horrible. Our server, I was with my parents and grandparents, kept disappearing on us and never filled our water. Then, after dinner, my son wanted dessert and I had to go look for a server in order to order.

I'm Smso very glad that Red Lobster still has its doors open for business.

If this business does not somehow succeed financially...I will definitely miss their presence in the restaurant marketplace.

Keeping my fingers crossed that Red Lobster will fully bounce back financially in the black (in regards to maintaining solid profitability).

I didn't actually eat here, but I did pick up a food order for delivery. I personally don't like seafood, so I don't ever go to Red Lobster, but I was taken there as a kid. I didn't like it. The main memory I have is walking in to an overwhelming fishy smell. It was bad every time my mother went there. This is what I expected this time, but wow have things changed. I wouldn't even have known they served sea food if I didn't already know. I mean there was no, nada, zero fish smell. I could actually see myself going to Red Lobster now. The people were very friendly, and there was a calming atmosphere to the place. I wouldn't order sea food but that is only because of my personal preferences, but I might just have to see what else they might offer.
