My experience at round table was great customer service was good I saw very hard worker ms Jennifer was amazing even though she was working by herself... I highly recommend give Jen a raise because she deserves it

My pizza look really sad, I paid $58.00 for a 7/11 looking like pizza, I have pictures of my pizza, and I love pizza but this place changed my mind, next time I'll choose Taco

When my wife picked up the pizza, the staff was huddled around her pizza box, which was open as if they were inspecting it. They acted weird and suspicious when she picked up the pizza but didn’t think anything of it.

Once she got home, she realized the staff made it with red sauce, (it was ordered with creamy garlic sauce), they realized the mistake, and tried to wipe it away and cover it with a ranch drizzle that was not requested.

Called and the manager was on break, which is fine, the employee who answered immediately remembered the order… I wonder why. They offered to remake it, but no I just wanted a refund. The employee agreed, and would give the information to the manager to process. I gave my phone and requested the manager call me when the refund was processed. I still have not heard back from them. It’s been almost 24 hours now.

Everyone makes mistakes, the management needs to instill in their team to be honest and upfront with customers. My wife loves Round Table and would’ve waited for what she ordered, but now this restaurant has lost our business for quite some time if not forever.

I just spent $90 on 2 pizzas. They delivered them and they’re cold (cheese isn’t melted) the pizzas are as thin as paper! And I have been calling them for 30 mins and the managers voicemail box is full. I am furious and will be stopping by there shortly to demand my money back!!
Do not go here!

Roundtable used to be a good pizza place. Now their service is terrible and they will not even deliver. I used to order from this roundtable several times a year . Mainly for large events , I would order 5- 10 pizzas at a time ( pending on the event). Now they will not deliver, they out source their calls and they want to charge top dollar for bad quality. My advice find a new chain to deal with , roundtable is the bottom now...

Their online ordering app and website is so horrible I find myself buying pizza at Dominoes or Mountina Mike's much more. I lose rewards and discounts so much it turns me off of Round Table pizza everytime I try to order, I've missed out on rewards and discounts for $50-100 orders many times and lose coupons and discounts they have all because of the app and website. Won't honor online rewards or specials when you call in order either.

The food, sometimes you get a good pizza, but more than 50% it's burned outside and barely cooked on inside and doughy. Everytime they try to skimp on dipping sauces I paid extra for. Take business elsewhere, Round Table is going down the drain.

The Manager was very rude & refused to talk to me about my incorrect order. When I insisted, she told me she could refuse to serve me. She then went into the office.
