Used to be the the best pizza but sadly customer service is gone.Placed an online order for almost $100 and after an hour had to call end check on our order. I was told the driver had it and it should be there soon. After another twenty minutes I called back and got the same story. I am less than a mile from the store.The staff was pleasant but clearly the store is understaffed and customer service suffers. Canceled my order and asked for a refund after almost two hours.What a waste of time.

Round Table Pizza has been around forever I had a favorite Round Table in the Bay Area that I went to. but now that I live in Antioch love Ridge and Buchanan clean. the service was good and I always get my same Pizza the the King Arthur with a very hard crust and it was great. I'll keep coming

Ordered for the first time, a pizza and some garlic cheese bread. Told it was a 45 minute delivery. They wrote the wrong address on the order, so it was delivered to the wrong address. No worries, let the customer know, right? They didn't call. They didn't tell us what was going on. They didn't even offer to refund the delivery fee, which is $6. When we finally received our food, it was an hour late and almost two hours from the time I ordered it. We won't be ordering again.
Decided to give this location one last shot and it fell short. Again. Got a large pizza and the crust was terrible! I put that i wanted regular crust on their website but what I got was some thick, doughey pizza that was absolutely gross! I shouldn't have even accepted it right when I felt how abnormally heavy the box was but oh well. $32 wasted! Definitely won't eat here again.

I ordered a large double play and I’ve had ordered several of these pizzas before. The last one I got, I notice the crust and size was not the same. The crust was a lot thinner, and the pizza was smaller. I thought it was a medium. The large pizza used to fill the box, this one didn’t.The large pizza used to fill out the box. This has to be the worst roundtable I have ever done business with. I don't like leaving reviews but the experience was so bad I had to. I am a business owner and used to place very large orders with this branch. Never again. Will not take orders can't deliver . It is bad when I am told to go to their competitor . This place needs to colse.... new management will not change their business..
