In the 5 minutes that I managed to stand at the counter and not be greeted nor acknowledged by a staff member in a completely empty restaurant. There were 3 literally at the front counter , one looked me dead in the eyes and walked away from counter. I would hate to say it was racially motivated, but that's definitely what it felt like. I walked out the door and took my money elsewhere in the plaza. If I'm not good enough for you to show an inkling of customer service because that is what YOU decided to do for a living , then my money isn't good enough for you either. Don't waste your time here.

Ordered online, said the food was ready in 30 minutes. Came in i still have to wait for another 40 mins. Not like the other round table, when you ordered online, came in at the time they told you. Food is always ready. Highly recommend the round table in parking shop in Willow Pass, concord.

This is *cough* WAS our local Round Table; ordered online for carry out Saturday night for the Family-lemon pepper chicken wings, personal bbq chicken (my favorite!), and a large double pepperoni; when i picked up, the 4 req ranch were not ready, so the employee went to the back for a longer than usual time... he returned with several ranch, i thought, was he back there making them? Dinner and the night pass, i wake up and i'm feeling nauseous; i am vomiting and have diahrrhea, EVERY HOUR for the next 16?24? hours. Few hrs into mine, the rest of the family start getting the same symptoms; now 2 very ill and weak parents are caring for young ones. NOT GOOD. NOT COOL! Now I'm calling the Health Department..! Now we're out of pizza delivery options because the competition has corporate mapping issues with our new construction home and their locations. Can't recommend this place and literally SICK to return, PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Pretty sure they were giving out leftover lunch buffet pizzas.

The best customer service I had ever experienced at a Round Table. The staff were all friendly and courteous. Someone had already helped but was in the back getting my order 3 more people came out of their way asking if I had been helped. Anna and her staff are very sweet and kind. Thank you! I can only wish I can give this sorry place a zero. I had recently ordered from this place from my phone. The worker there took my card information as he should for my order to be paid through phone. Not knowing he was going to also keep a copy of my information and made 300$ worth of purchases through my card. I've already talk to corporate and hope that individual gets dealt with.

If I could give 0 stars I so would! I placed an order over the phone for delivery since I can't leave my house due to the fact that I just had major surgery recently. I called,ordered, paid over the phone for my order. My order was never delivered. I called at 8:30. They close at 9:30 tonight. It's 10pm. I call the store multiple times. They finally answer and it's the "supervisor" rude AF. His name is "ken" (it's what I understood. He didn't seem to want to give me his name. I asked what had happened with my order he said I probably called a different round table location I said no. Then after I described what I ordered ge goes " oh it's here " like seriously? He only offered to refund me or give me the order tomorrow. Ridiculous. This place needs a new supervisor that isn't as rude and better management. Bad service all around !!!!
