This is honestly the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited. The team is amazing , warm, welcoming, always smiling, and always saying something kind that makes your day better.
They handle orders very well, and the drinks are perfectly balanced, well made, and taste much better than at many other Starbucks. You can really feel the care and professionalism in everything they do.
This has become my favorite Starbucks, and I truly love coming here. Keep up the great work!

Group of girls that work there is down to earth, wonderful. The atmosphere in the morning is so cheerful.I did break a cup but how they handle the situation was so professionally and gracefully.I respectful to each and every person work there .

You can tell the workers aren't very happy sone play it off well but you can see the lack of motivation and enthusiasm. In my eyes this is Management's problem and they should fix it not the people the environment they are in. Otherwise it's just another normal Starbucks off Railroad.

The girl who gave me my drink was so rude , she got irritated with me because she was chatting and had to stop to make my drink when I was the only person waiting inside

I’ve been coming here for sometime, but this will be my last. They are so rude and honestly the drinks at this location started to decline and now it’s just bad. Not sure if it’s the new staff but they are not doing well.

I've never had a bad experience here. Today however I went through the drive through and recieved this cup.. I didn't look at it until I had already left but I won't be drinking it. Was this someone else's? It looks to be lipstick.... marker? Im not sure but super ick. Im also trying to find a way to add this picture here as well..

The customer service here has been incredibly disappointing, especially for my first visit. I was left waiting an eternity before anyone came to take my order, and it made for a frustrating experience. It's disheartening to see such a lack of attention to customers.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks location. I ordered drinks through the drive-thru, but what I got was a drink that tasted nothing like it's supposed to. The flavors were off, and it was clear that the barista didn't follow the recipe.
To make matters worse, the customer service was horrible. We waited in the drive-thru line for an excessively long time, only to have our drink forgotten when we got to the window. When we asked about our missing drink, the staff seemed put off and unapologetic.
