The girls this morning Friday March 14th around 11 am were absolutely awesome. Super sweet girls and they wrote cute little notes and smiley faces on all of my stuff.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks location. I ordered drinks through the drive-thru, but what I got was a drink that tasted nothing like it's supposed to. The flavors were off, and it was clear that the barista didn't follow the recipe.
To make matters worse, the customer service was horrible. We waited in the drive-thru line for an excessively long time, only to have our drink forgotten when we got to the window. When we asked about our missing drink, the staff seemed put off and unapologetic.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT - They made my drink wrong. Asked for Vanilla Latte w an extra shot and extra foam on top. Went through the drive-through and took off to work. When getting to work, I noticed my drink was half a cup of coffee and the other half foam. They got the flavor right but not the measurements of the drink. My drink was made wrong.
They need to focus better and understand what the customer is asking. I'm disappointed with my drink at Starbucks. I don't like paying for service that is half a$$ and waste of my time going there, thinking going get good service. didn't have time to go back. ?

Filthy dirty disgusting!

I came to this Starbucks after a horrible night of no sleep thx to some kids partying until 5:30am or so and keeping me up. I just wanted a nice coffee and to do some work on my laptop… of course, after a few sips, I needed to use the toilet…. At 6am, this photo is what the bathroom looks like. Since this store opens at 4:30, the workers had been here for HOURS & nobody bothered to clean the restroom? The lights to the hallway weren’t even on… and the workers scoffed at me when I asked them the code to get inside… Come on!! Have a little pride in your work! Nobody likes the cleaning part of this job but that is absolutely disgusting in a place where people eat…the employees have their own bathroom so my guess is they never even bother to ever go inside the nasty public one…and..

I can only imagine what the food prep looks like where nobody can see it. I will never come back to this location again.

I was charged twice for nothing. They charged me twice and then told me my card declined. I showed them the transaction right at the drive-through window, and they refused to give me my order. Now I have two transactions from Starbuck, one for 12.40 and another one for 12.90. Now I asked them two why was it two different amounts, and they said well it didn't go thru." ,but in fact, it did, twice! And the manager said to dispute it and it will be taken off!! I'll never go again!! It was the disregard to the charges I showed her, that just happened and the well just dispute it, attitude!! Great customer care Starbucks on Railroad. I don't want to include any other Starbucks because I go to Starbucks almost daily ?. Now, when I dispute these charges, I'll have discontinue my card and wait for a new one!! This is the longest review I've ever written! But I'm just that ? upset!
