My daughter just came there they didn’t serve her stuff correctly she returned it and asked for her money back he took the drink and did not return her money she tried to grab the drink she paid for and the guy with the ponytail took it and they basically robbed her and I keep calling and they said they called the police so I called the police to because they took her stuff and did not give her a refund and she has it all on camera
Always busy, wait time in drive thru is like 7mins at best. I wish I had a suggestion, because the people who work here are always nice and professional. I don't know if they need more help or people. Please stop ordering for the whole office thru drive thru!! Go inside. Other than that, I'll be back

Place sucks always takes forever
This starbucks is by far the best one I've ever been to. Not only do they remember my order, but I see how well all of the employees work together. They bring a smile to my face everyday, the place is clean, and they make my drink right every single time.
I go out of my way (there's a starbucks right by my house) to go to this location, because of Pita, Jordan, Anthony, Bre, Nick, Nosk (don't know if that's spelled right) and many more.

Employees are extremely rude, and when someone is unaware of new policy with them and their “customer only” to be in café or using restroom, they do not even let you try to make a purchase rather go straight to kick you out. They do not deserve your business.
I always try my best to avoid this place and every time I decide to give it another chance I always regret it! The workers there are rude and take so long even with no lines. Prepare to be waiting over 10 minutes for a quick coffee. Please avoid this place unless you want to deal with young rude employees who make it very obvious they dont like their job.

Came through the drive through. No one was ahead of us when we came to the box to order. Placed a partial order and then was told a total. I paused because why was I cut off like that? I let her know I had more to add on. I completed my order and pulled ahead to the window. Two cars were ahead. Both cars paid and received their orders quickly. When we got to the window, we were given the total. I paid and when she handed the second drink, I politely let her know it was supposed to be iced. She rudely said she needed my money to make up the difference. I said I’d pay it but it was her fault for not hearing me. Her name is YUHLISSA and she’s incredibly unprofessional and rude. Not sure if she is a shift lead but she needs to be moved to the back and away from customers. I told her to have the day she deserves as she clearly needed it. I will be contacting corporate for the unprofessional treatment. Get a new job, Yuhlissa!

Needs improvement- Today the girl that was taking my order was trying to tell me how to order my drink. I been with Starbucks since 2012. I know how to order my drinks. She came me a hard time telling me there is no foam on my drink. I had order the holiday drink caramel latte w/no whipped cream extra light foam on top. She said they don't make drinks like that. It's either comes with foam or no foam. I didn't like fact that she was trying to correct how I order my drink. The other Starbucks on Railroads and all other locations make it how I wanted. Why not here? She had attitude and was acting as if she knew everything. I'm never coming to this Starbucks again. 😕

Drive through was really fast.
I went to this location for a sugar cookie. Frappuccino, it tastes just like milk and sugar. Paid in cash and they wanna give me a gift card instead of giving my money back, 😒

Typical Starbucks. Staff that doesn't want you be there and make it very clear, ignore customers, to-go orders lined up all along the counter were anyone could grab them or do something to them. They are expensive and for the service and quality why go here? I happened to be with someone but on my own, if never go.

On 9/15/24 after several moments of randomly being verbally attacked by a couple ahead of me in the drive thru, the barista stated she was refusing service to us and wanted us to leave. As we finally made the curve to exit the drive thru, two lying hostile insurance scam seeking individuals, who stated I hit their car, paid and received their order and simply drove off! Upon my arrival at the window, I asked if I could finally make my order, in which I was then told no and that service was refused to me. I asked why, as I did not understand because they had just served the instigators of this entire mishap after stating they would not. I then was told, I was not being served and, “ We did not serve them”. After just going through hell with the two lying hostile insurance scam seeking individuals, I was done. I stated that the barista she was a liar as I am not stupid, dumb, deaf or blind, and witnessed the transaction take place and it was all recorded by phone. I immediately asked for the supervisor. I was then told the supervisor was on a fifteen minute break and would not be interrupted for “this”. I threw my car in park and stated that was fine, I’ll wait until she returns from break. Not even two seconds later a woman approached the window taking off a headset stating she was the manager and proceeded to ask how she could assist me. In the briefest way possible I told her the story. She then said, “Ok, I don’t know what happened”. I stated that was fine and may I please get what I came for, especially since it was for my child. In turn she asked if I could exit the drive thru and come in the store. I said no, as I was already at the window, and asked again asked if I could proceed to order or, were they in fact refusing service to me and did I need to file a complaint for racial discrimination at this location? The supervisor then belittled me, made light of the severity of the situation by chuckling , calling me honey, and asked if I knew what racial discrimination was. As I did not mention beforehand, I am a black woman, the two lying hostile insurance scam seeking individuals, are either Hispanic or Latin, whom they served. No one person on that shift was black, they were either Hispanic, Latin, and white, which she already knew, yet I still had to bring that to her attention in order for her to remember what racial discrimination was and or looked like. The refusal of service should have been in effect if for anything, that customers caused a disruption which caused the productivity of the business to cease. This wasn’t the case since Starbucks employees decided to extend service to one party and not the other. No one could tell me why I was refused service when the offending customers weren’t treated this way. And at that moment the supervisor knew she had a problem she needed to solve or a lawsuit would most certainly ensue. Magically, in order to save her behind, service was no longer refused to me and I could order at the window. The manager proceeded to ask for my name and info so she could, “review the cameras later”… She had my info from me scanning my code so I did not give it to her and she wasn’t interested in looking into the situation by viewing the cameras when I told her what occurred. She only showed “concern” once the word discrimination came up.
This was the last time that I would be going to this location and the chain of stores for a while. Had the drink not been for my son, I would have never been there. Yet, had the incident occurred and my child was not present, for all who are thinking, why would I continue to spend my money there… Starbucks serving me would have had to had taken place, due to the fact that the employees at Starbucks chose to pick sides on the matter due to them not refusing service to both parties as previously stated. I hate that I had to defend myself from foolish customers as well as foolish Starbucks employees.
Next time, should something like this occur, keep your personal biases aside Starbucks employees… you all almost cost the corporation some mo
